  1. I liked Civilization Revolution, so I decided to jump into the series proper. Since my computer can barley run vanilla Minecraft I had to get Civ II for the PS1 (The ONLY other console game until Civ VI hits on Switch, I kinda feel the balls been dropped hard here). I knew it was coming, but going from Civ for babies to a proper Civ game is a pretty steep learning curve.

      The later games are a little better in that regard. They get more complex, but every little feature is explained in-game.

      Civ V with all the expansions is great. Civ VI is good too, but not as good as V.

      To be clear, my main problem with VI is the lack of a map editor.

      Yeah, Civ II doesn't really explain anything (some descriptors for Wonders and Governments would be nice for starts). Time to go get some basic guides from GameFaqs...
