Demo was fun, but something about the overall presentation still irks me.
  2. Base Goku and Vegeta were lame additions. Cooler is...well, cool, but I don't think he's going to get me playing this game again. I guess #17 really is the last character for the season pass, then? Wonder if he'll be the Z incarnation or MVP from Super.
  3. I feel like they should try showing a bit more if they want to hype people up for this game. Not really feeling this one at the moment, and the exclusion of classic SEGA characters really diminishes a lot of the appeal for me. So much for ever seeing Ristar or Vectorman in one of these games...
  4. I got Ridley, Dark Samus, and Richter all confirmed for this game so I'm freaking ecstatic. The only character that I'd really like to see at this point is Rex from Xenoblade Chronicles 2, assuming he fights with Pyra/Mythra. Sadly I don't think his chances are too high for the base roster, seeing as how the roster was finalized back in 2015, but maybe he'll make it in as DLC. Roster is still nearly perfect for me as is, though. :)
  5. Mega Man X Legacy Collection for the PS4 and Octopath Traveler on my Switch. I've been a HUGE X fan ever since I was a wee lad and X1, X2, and X4 have held up quite well. X3 is somewhat enjoyable, but it's got a pretty horrid soundtrack and the level design is lacking. Not a fan of the amount of backtracking, either. Octopath is good so far and I adore the visuals and music, but the story so far is giving me little reason to care too much about these characters. That being said, I've only completed Chapter 1 for every traveler and a couple of Chapter 2's, so that's always subject to change.

I love how they didn't take the cheap route and made another 8-bit game that does nothing to advance the series forward. This looks quite nice so far, although I do hope that some of the animations are polished up a bit before release.
  7. I've been alternating between Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Bayonetta 2 for the Switch. Both are extremely fun games that I'm happy to finally have the opportunity to play.
  8. I enjoyed the first game but gave up halfway through the second one. Don't think that I'm going to be giving this one a go, even with its...enticing 48 hour early access...lol.
  9. Zamasu's scream in the dub is so weak, man. :/
  10. Was hoping for some kind of install where he becomes grotesque, but he still looks amazing.

Command Mission desperately needs a re-release...
  12. Minus the last phase of the final boss, no, not really. I beat it on my second attempt using Hammer, RK&C, Chef, and some other ability that I fail to remember. It was a fun time, though.
  13. Marx was so wonderfully executed in this game. Anyway, I finished this game a few days ago. Fun time, but the lack of challenge is pretty disappointing. I know Kirby games have never been known for their crushing difficulty, but they have always offered some sort of optional challenge in there for people who wanted it. None of the extra modes in this game really do it for me.
