You know how in Japanese, Sonic throws in a lot of English phrases? I think it'd be cute if that was reflected to an extent in English scripts, like if he said common phrases in various languages to emphasize how he's travels the world all the time.
Wouldn't have to be a constant thing (not that I'd mind), of course, just here and there.
