Not gonna lie I miss the excessive amount of dialogue in Sonic games. Jason Griffith once described Shadow the Hedgehog's script as a "phonebook" and they really overdid the amount of speaking needed in that game. Like there was no need to have level recaps for when you continue an ongoing playthrough, among other things.
