I don't know if I have a favorite one but I definitely have ones I currently keep going back to as of right now.

I can't help it. I just really love the Whole Cake Island Arc.

i actually do unironically like the rap theme, sue me

that aside, i hate to otherwise post an uninspired answer, but bebop is the goat

i also really like the abridged space dandy opening toonami used to use for the first few episodes from the first season, before they replaced it with the original japanese opening theme; due to both the jazz theme as well as the distinct use of animation from the show with muted two-tone colors, against a bunch of really psychedelic colorful backgrounds. (that's not to knock on the original japanese opening theme, it's also swell.)

Oh fuck, I feel like it changes every day for me and even then it's close...

When I first heard this... something changed in me. it's like the weeb gene in me was suddenly triggered on

Runners up includes... well most of the opening from this damn show really, Kill La Kills 2nd op, MHA op 3, and DBS op 2 to name a few.

Naruto. Time for me to get ignorant.

      Probably this

No special reason other than the fact that I remember this oddly the most and it is one of my favorite anime.

Yu Yu Hakusho's, the English version in particular immediately came to mind:

Also, it's hard to deny that Bleach's first opening, "Asterisk" was pretty great. Excellent song and stylish visuals that still resonates with me even if I wasn't big on how the show progressed.

And there's so many others from Cowboy Bebop's "TANK!", DBZ's "We Gotta Power", Naruto's "ROCKS", Nichijou's first opening, Fullmetal Alchemist's "Rewrite", Soul Eater's "Papermoon", etc.

At the moment it's this nonsense:

If I had to pick an overall fave it'd probably be, uhh...Nozaki-kun's maybe?

A couple of stragglers. In terms of crazy satisfying visuals and satisfying editing I always think of these

The Yu Yu Hakusho opening is good but the real gem is the English version of ending 3.

I also couldn't get this out of my head for quite a long time.

@Dr. Detective Mike That ending has a certain classic sound to it that makes me 'nostalgic' for a music era that I probably wasn't even alive for

Honestly, all of Yu Yu Hakusho's dub endings are great. "The Homework Never Ends" is my favorite, but "Unbalanced Kiss" is good too. Kind of hard to skip any of them, imo

It's not an opening, and more an ending (the show itself doesn't have an opening, I don't believe)

      Going strictly for intros though:
