  1. Honestly, I'm not really sure now. I can't recall any particular explanation of why they can't undo her Roboticization in this era of the comic.
  2. I'm not super familiar with the era of the comic where this will be brought up (I think #119?), but the issue with Bunnie is that since she's half-robot, the process is much more complicated; if they put her in it again, her robot parts would become organic again, but then her organic parts would turn mechanical. I guess Sonic's plan was to just place himself back in the Roboticizer that would transform him after he was done beating Robotnik. But if he accidentally destroyed it in the ensuing fight, then he'd basically be screwed.
  3. It's been a long time since I've read this era of the comics, but I think Roboticization can be undone by putting the victim in the same Roboticizer they were converted by. EDIT: I checked an earlier issue, where Sally decides to Roboticize herself when Dulcy steals a portable De-Roboticizer from Robotnik (which he just made a prototype for some reason?). But it burned out after one use, so it's not like they could reuse it.
  4. Forgive me if this was explained in a game, but why is Squall referred to as Leon in the Kingdom Hearts games?
  5. Certainly looks cool, but I'm hoping the combat is as varied as Bayonetta's was. The combat in Nier: Automata was too simplistic for me to fully enjoy the game.
  6. Wow, surprised they added Multiplayer support for the Spirit Board. I wonder if they adjusted the difficulty to account for the extra players. I still would've preferred if they focused on adding local multiplayer support for Online Arenas first, though. Seriously, why can we have a local partner for Quick Play against strangers but not for Arenas with friends?
  7. You're in luck, because we're getting two sequels.
  8. I'm assuming those are Sonic's parents; maybe undoing Jule's roboticization would've been part of the plot for Pender's film. I have no idea why Sonic's mom is colored differently, though.
  9. I liked the idea of Custom moves, but the way they were handled was disappointing. It was really annoying you couldn't modify them on the character select, instead having to set them up before hand in the Custom Character section. And the game didn't tell you how many custom moves you'd unlocked for each character, so you'd had to check each one manually, which was such a slog with a huge cast. Unlocking them was completely random, and you could get duplicates of moves you'd already obtained, so not only could you get Customs for a character you never play, you could keeping getting those ones again. Not being able to use them in online play also reduced the incentive to get invested in a character's alternate moveset. I wasn't a fan of the equipment. A lot of them had a bunch of different effects that'd felt cheap to use in standard matches with friends (like getting healed with every attack you land on a opponent, Double Final Smashes, etc) and were only useful to counter the BS of going through Classic mode on harder difficulties. They also suffered from the aforementioned issues with setting up Custom Fighters before matches.
  10. Man, that's really disappointing. Hopefully Nintendo releases more boards through updates down the line. But even if they do, putting so few in the base game to begin with was a dumb move.
  11. The Drop mechanic is easily my least favorite aspect of DDD. But it only forces you to switch to the next character, so you won't be getting game overs. If I remember correctly, you should pick up at the same spot you left your character when the gauge runs out. Unfortunately, this won't apply to boss battles; the fight will restart if the gauge ran out mid-battle. It's best you start these battles with a full gauge (especially towards the end of the game); remember you can manually force the gauge to run out in case you don't feel like waiting around.
  12. It's been a while since I've played the game, but I'm pretty sure you'll be able to skip it.
  13. It's been a while since I've read that issue, but didn't he possess Geoffrey to buy himself more time to find a way to stop his constant mutations?
  14. I wouldn't get my hopes up over Final Fantasy getting new music. I paused the video as the cursor was over the FF section in the music player, looks like it's still only 2 songs.
  15. I agree, it's been kinda disappointing that not much has actually happened in the comic so far. There's just been so little established that is supposed to give readers a reason to be invested; all we really have so far is guessing who this villain is, and even then the hints we've gotten for that is were practically nonexistent for the first four issues. Even for the early issues of the reboot, we had way more questions that would make us want to read the next issue: What's the deal with Nagus? What's everyone's new origins and redesigns? Who are these new characters? Why is the planet tearing itself apart? How do the game locations tie in to the new world map? Meanwhile, all we have so far for IDW is Tangle and villages A, B, C, D...you get the point. I loved what Flynn did for Archie Sonic (both pre- and post- reboot), so I do have faith he can make this comic great...I just wish he wasn't taking so long right now. Also, I'm pretty disappointed how lazy the "Previously..." and "Roll Call" pages are done this time around. The former's just random panels from the last issues stuck together while the latter is the same but with pictures of the characters. Really wished they took Archie's approach, at least so we don't have to waste a page for the Roll Call section. Was really hoping the issue would finally provide an excuse as to where Shadow was during Forces too.
  16. I'm fairly certain the file sizes are accurate, and both Generations and All-Stars Racing Transformed worked fine with my wired controller, so I'd expect Lost World and Forces to be the same. However, since you haven't listed your laptop's specs, I can only guess that the games can run on your laptop, but it may come at the cost of poor performance if it's not powerful enough to handle it; the games' Steam Pages should list the recommended requirements (Forces is recent so it'll probably be more demanding than Lost World; but if they're like the PC versions of Generations, there might be options to reduce graphical quality if performance is really an issue).
  17. It'd only be difficult to name any fire-themed Robot Masters, feels like they've used nearly every word possible at this point. i'm not really sure how I feel about the game so far. I mean, it's great that we're getting a new Mega Man title, but it doesn't look like it plays all that differently from previous entries. Don't get me wrong, I loved the games, but after 10 entries in the classic series and several of the X series, I want something more than just "jump and shoot;" there's a reason I vastly preferred playing as Zero in the later X titles.
  18. Well, I just beat the game this morning. I'm so conflicted right now. I knew this game wouldn't be able to live up to the hype and it certainly has many flaws, many of which are disappointing given how long Square Enix had to polish this game. But I still liked it. In spite of all of my grievances with the game, I liked it. I have no idea where I place this game on my list of Final Fantasy games, but I still enjoyed it. What did you all think of the game?
  19. I wasn't really a fan of Competitive Mode, mainly because nearly every match had at least one person rage-quit, which made it pretty unfair for either side. I don't know if things improved later on, but those early days in the mode left a bad taste in my mouth so I never went back to it after the first week.
  20. I hope you don't have plans for next Valentine's day. Persona 5 releases on Valentine's Day, with a new collector's edition! I've already pre-ordered the collector's edition, can't wait! But I'm kinda disappointed with the lack of the DLC outfits in the collector's edition.
  21. I tend to only listen to video game soundtracks but recently I've started to enjoy some music from actual bands. Rise Against: Endgame/Appeal to Reason/The Suffer and the Witness (I can't pick just one, I really like this band) The Megas: History Repeating Blue All-American Rejects: Move Along
  22. Cloud's one of my favorite video game characters, so of course I'm excited for him. The Midgar stage looks epic with all the possible summons (hoping Neo Bahamut is one of them) and hopefully they throw in a bunch of remixes for the music (Birth of a God, Jenova, and Clash of Big Bridge, please?).
  23. Finally finished watching season 3 of Arrow! Hopefully season 4 is an improvement over this one.

  24. Guess I'll give the movie a shot then, the overall story of this series stopped making sense to me with Kingdom Hearts II, even though 3 hours is really pushing it.
