    Well, my Mom managed to pull a few strings, as a doctor herself, so me and the family will get to see Nana one last time before she passes tonight.

    I'm not sure, if I want to do this, but I know I have to.

      It's going to be a hard thing to do, but it's worth doing. Even as difficult as it is, it's better to see her off one last time, instead of not doing it and regretting it for the rest of your life. Let her know how much you love her, and say your goodbyes.

      Seems redundant to say it now, Ryan already said what I would've. I can confirm that you'd regret it if you didn't go because it's been 20 years since I lost my Gran and it still tears me up that we weren't there for her.
