  1. Well, regardless of how much Disney have been wrecking the Star Wars franchise movie-wise, at least we're getting stellar tv productions.

Eh, controversial opinion incoming, but even movie wise I'm willing to give them a passing grade.

Force Awakens, while being a retread, was great and an amazing way to reintroduce the series.

Rouge One is one of the best films in the entire franchise don't @ me.

The Last Jedi, while I enjoy a lot in it, is the low point. It does a lot of stupid things so I won't argue anyone who hates it.

Solo wasn't bad and imo, sort of fun for the most part. Unnecessary, but fun.

If it weren't for how Luke was handled in TLJ, I'd flat out say that Disney was killing it with the franchise.

      Force Awakens is good.

@Strickerx5Rogue One was sadly meh in the long run. Doesn't help with how one-note and flat the characters were in that.

Last Jedi is the absolute pits and is likely what Rian Johnson will have to thank for losing his Star Wars trilogy.

Solo, sadly was a movie no one was asking for, and it certainly didn't really change that many minds. Doesn't help that it's the first Star Wars movie ever to bomb at the box office.

All in all, as a whole, I can't really say I have high hopes when it comes to Star Wars movies ever since Last Jedi burned things badly.

So what you're saying this is basically Star Wars during the prequel area when everything good was the supplementary material rather than the films themselves?

@Nina Cortex JovahexeonGotta heavily disagree about Rogue One. It took the series back to it's core for me. A rag tag group that come together to fight the dark side.

I'd also argue that besides Jyn (who admittedly is the main character but still), ever member of the main cast was interesting af and added a new dynamic to what a Star Wars character could be. A blind, wise cracking force sensitive who's basically a Jedi. A member of the resistance who's basically closer to a gray area at this point due to what he's been through. The best droid in the entire series. 90% of the cast was interesting to me and even beat out a lot of main stays in the main series.

And that Vader scene at the end.

Dear lord that Vader scene at the end.

@Dejimon11 Honestly, like most folk, I find it quite worse than the prequels.
