I do honestly think that the west needs to start taking after Japan in this regard. Could lead to a much stronger VA industry. But lord knows companies don’t want that...

Too bad more people will take this as a sign that she be joining the cast, replacing another VA, then hearing out her protest. Although the fact he's not the first talented Sonic VA they just tossed out in the gutter should've been a tell tale sign they never cared.

I was taken aback by this tweet initially, but the fact that Roger didn't say anything against this says a lot.

What the hell is going on behind the scenes in SEGA? Is that why there's such a news drought for the games?

I mean, it doesn't really shock me. Roger's tweet, especially with the broken heart seemed to indicate to me that he'd been ousted, as opposed to leaving on his own accord. 

And I fully agree with Tara here, the fact this is still happening is fucking bullshit, frankly.

Voice acting is simply not respected the way it is in Japan sadly. It's a minimum wage job and corporations treat it is as such.
