  1. Nintendo deadass is going to sell us a remake of a GB game for $60.

    1. SupahBerry

What could you expect when they also sold a 3DS remake of a DS Mario game at full price.

    2. Dejimon11

      I mean that's $40 which is fine.

    3. Teoskaven

How much did the Pokémon Gen I and II costed at launch?
      Also Metroid: Samus Returns.

    4. Ferno

It'll come down in price in 2034

    5. Dejimon11

      @Teoskaven $40

@Ferno Boy I said go to bed.

    6. JosepHenry

Samus Returns was a completely different game dont give me that

Link's Awakening is just the original but pretty and with a dungeon maker

is not a fair comparison at all

  2. So the Banjo Kazooie games are just a better paced version of DK64 right?

    1. Solly

      Tooie almost isn't.

    2. Harkofthewaa

More accurately DK64 is a heavy, bloated version of Banjo-Kazooie, but yeah.

    3. Dejimon11

@Harkofthewaa only played DK64 so I'm just going off what I played

    4. Diogenes

      more or less, yeah

  3. Ok so CTR's battle mode doesn't have a map and if you get eliminated you can't even seen the action just the last place you were in before you died.

    1. StaticMania

So it's like MK64 and Double Dash's battle mode...except Online?

That's a weird way to do that.

    2. Jango

YES. I've been saying this since launch, the Battle Mode lacks a lot of visual cues. There's no score display, no map, no hit confirm. They gotta sort that.

    3. Sonictrainer

Yeah, also there should be Singles & Team Options instead of just Team Formats

    4. Jango

There should a option for Team RACES, not just Battle.

BTW @Sonictrainer why you haven't accepted my friend request on PSN yet? Do you hate me? :(

    5. Sonictrainer

I thought I did? Didn't we race on Nitro Tour that one time?

      Aren't you joaovicmartins?

    6. Jango

      That's me!

      Wait, did we?

Wait, we have! It's @SonicWind that haven't accepted my friend request! Why do you hate me? :(

    7. SonicWind

I didn't even know you sent one, man, or that it was you. Sorry. I'll get on it.

EDIT: And done. Again, sorry. I don't check my friend requests often.

  4. The Mute City and Big Blue Stages in Mario Kart 8 are still hype as hell.

  5. I don’t get the whole Kingdom Hearts 3 is bad discourse. I think it’s an ok game but I find 2 to be much more enjoyable.

    1. PublicEnemy1

Probably a little thing called hype backlash.

A game that didn't live up to the expectations of the previous game, so it must be complete shit, rite!?/s

(Though to be fair, the story IMO is quite terrible.)

    2. SupahBerry

For the general public who never got a Nintendo handheld or PSP or any of the HD collections, 13 years can takes it's toll.

    3. Dejimon11

Kingdom Hearts story is terrible is like saying water is wet.

I guess I’m speaking from somebody only started the series last year.

    4. Jovahexeon Ogilvie Maurice

      Jovahexeon Ogilvie Maurice

Poor story + on & off gameplay (not bad but boy does it have its ups and downs) + 14 years of waiting + No Final Fantasy characters + Disney worlds meaning the least to the plot they ever have in this series + neglect of improving things that people have requested = Massive Disappointment.

Heck, I won't even call KH3  bad game, but it does still go on the mantle of disappointing sequels.

    5. Dr. Detective Mike

      Dr. Detective Mike

I wasn't disappointed when I was playing it. The disappointment did kind of hit when I finished the Big Hero 6 world and realized that was it for the Disney Worlds. This was the first Kingdom Hearts game I went into knowing all the Disney Worlds that were going to be in it and that wasn't a good feeling. I got more excited when that awesome final world stuff happened. I loved everything that happened there, although, I wish it took place after an ACTUAL war. Like, we gather up a ton of warriors, have that war, and then the final group goes through all that stuff that happened at the final battle.

But the game was fun, it looks fucking beautiful, it makes you feel awesome when you play it and all that jazz. The lack of Final Fantasy characters was something I didn't even notice until it was pointed out to me long after I finished playing the game so you can guess how much that affected me.

I definitely understand all the complaints. I agree with the majority of them too. Although I don't agree that the pirates world was bad. As someone who's never seen the Pirates sequels, that shit was exciting. When I got into playing around with the ship, I had a ton of fun with it too. Plus, it was like the only world where you fought a Disney villain. Every other world had some made-up heartless piece of shit. I guess Hercules had the Titans but... meh.

At least let me beat up Randall.

My thoughts a bit jumbled but on the whole I enjoyed the game. I don't really have this "13 years of waiting" complex that most do since I feel like I played plenty of new Kingdom Hearts games in between that time. It's not like there was nothing coming out in that gap. This is more of a consequence of not numbering those other games, honestly.

    6. Enderwoman

the combat is bad because it dumbs things down to be a button masher where all your options in combat are basically just different ways of doing the exact same thing (killing things faster) that work the same in basically every scenario when kingdom hearts 2 had a very well fleshed out combat system that required strategizing with your different tools for different scenarios

3's story compounds dream drop distance's fatal flaw fact that the storyline of the series isnt about people anymore and are just a lazy vessel for some awkward stupid prophecy ancient masters time travel storyline

    7. Bobnik

People that say the game is outright bad are clowns tbh. The criticism the game got is valid, and yeah, KH2FM is a better game overall, but people love to overexaggerate that if the game is not KH2, it's automatically trash.

What's funny is that the same exact discourse was a thing back when KH2 vanilla released - dumb story, lack of several abilities like Dodge Roll, lack of postgame, the combat being "X to win", Disney not being relevant in the story, yet people seem to forget that.

    8. dbzfan7

A Kingdom hearts game with a bad story and mash x to win gameplay.....you mean...all of the games? Like really that's all the games. Maybe not on Critical mode but on things like Normal and Proud it pretty much is outside of like the Super boss fights X to win. Difficulty was never there unless you really limited yourself. Though 3 is by far the easiest.

KH3 isn't press X to win...it's press all these buttons to win. Here's this button and that button and that button to get this super move to win...etc. It gives out what would be limit breaks probably in other games like candy. It's not that KH3 is press X to win, it's press all these overpowered side stuff that gives you too much of an advantage.

And that's not even getting into Ultima which makes the Super Boss even more of a joke than it already is. You have purposely go underleveled if you want to use Ultima on it as your reward...even then your damage is ridiculous, but you die in lie a hit or two so at least it was made more fun for me that way.

    9. Dr. Detective Mike

      Dr. Detective Mike

I think Kingdom Hearts is kind of reminiscent of the same feeling I get when playing Pirate Warriors 3 where I just love being an overpowered badass. Sometimes a challenge is nice, and despite dying like twice in Kingdom Hearts 3, I do remember getting pretty close to death a few times at the level I was at. So long as there's enough there to make things feel climactic and that doesn't necessarily translate to difficulty to me.

It gives you SO MUCH stuff. I guess I see why that's considered bad but as someone whose favorite franchise doesn't hardly give him enough stuff, it felt nice having a neat little toybox of attacks at my disposal. Although, I do agree, the Disney Land rides were a little too frequent.

Kind of wish there were more worlds to go along with it.

    10. dbzfan7

More stuff is good...it's just not well balanced is all. Like Thundaga is op as hell in KH2, but if you spam it you will run out of MP and be stuck in charge a while. So there is at least a little balance.

The rides while cool and visually pleasing don't really have a draw back or much feeling of earning it. You kinda are handed it. Doesn't help the Keyblade transformations while also an awesome addition, again give you too much power. There's no real disadvantage while using it like with other drive forms. Where you lose magic capabilities and blocking, no melee, op power but fast drive drain, far less spamable with the drive gauge, etc.

I mean I can do without the drive gauge and form grinding, that sucked. But nothing is balanced in a way that makes it feel like I'm good at the game. Kinda feels like the game is treating me like I can't handle it so here's a bunch of op stuff to make it end faster. Level traversal though is the best it's ever been as it's more fun here than shit areas in KH2, but the combat ends up falling short.

I feel dirty using a lot of these powers because of how unfair it feels. Like using a invincible tanooki leaf. I refuse to touch it because of how unsatisfying it would be to wear. It's flashy fun I can kinda get behind...but after a while it trvializes so much I get bored. I stopped using the rides and just sticking to KBT as they at least don't feel as broken.

    11. Dr. Detective Mike

      Dr. Detective Mike

Ah, this is more the area of "what kind of games you like to play" it seems. I never seem to mention or talk about balancing like most people do simply because it's never something I've cared about. When it was mentioned that the All-Stars moves in the first All-Stars Racing were unbalanced I didn't really care because they were a ton of fun. To this day I still believe those were the best ones despite the ones in the later games being "more balanced". They're just not as flashy or as interesting to me. Though the ones in TSR are better than the ones in Transformed, simply by being really effective as opposed to completely useless.

I'm aware of the importance of stuff like that. I know there's reasons why decisions like that need to be made but at the end of the day, what resonates with me is just whether or not I'm going crazy with the toys this game is giving me.

I've never felt dirty using the stuff the game gives me. I'm more like "Thank you. I can't wait to kill more shit with this."

    12. dbzfan7

Yeah that's basically it. It's not going to be something everyone feels. But personally if there's no risks at all to being threatened, then a game feels boring. Like take any of the racing games. If it becomes so easy to get first place all the time, it kinda becomes dull. Winning is great, but winning without any bit of a challenge at all for me and plenty of others is just unfun. If I can comfortably take first place without much of a fight for it, then racing isn't all that satisfying.

It's not for everyone, but I like to feel I get better at the game. I like my skills to be tested at least somewhat. Not everyone feels that way though. Just playing a game with fun mechanics is enough for plenty of people. Something intuitive is just fine. I just don't like to turn my brain off to the point of mindlessly playing.

It's why I am a super fan FROMSOFTWARE. It's not because I'm crazy about hurr durr hard games. I mean if I was I'd be far more all over Super Meat Boy, but I'm not that great at tough platformers. I like challenging platformers too, but I'm better at combat games. I get a huge pleasure in playing Dark Souls or Bloodborne or Nioh or Sekiro because my skills are always tested. The first time playing Dark Souls and Sekiro especially. I sucked bad at first but feeling myself get better and better is amazing. Probably why those two are so ingrained in my heart because they made me truly start from 0. Especially when repeated playthroughs I BLOW through what was once hard. What once may have taken over an hour I can do in minutes. It's crazy.

But not everyone likes time consuming games either or wants to master mechanics. That's where player interest divides show. We have to ask ourselves what we want from a game. What I want is something fun, but also something that I can't just turn my brain off to play and mindlessly win. I like a degree of challenge. Doesn't always have to be Souls like punishing, but I like some kind threat to make me want to be better at the game.

  6. The good ending of sonic mania is actually the bad ending.

    1. dbzfan7

What are you talking about? In the good ending Sonic defeats Eggman and Heavy King and......ooooooh. Oh yeah you're right. Never get all the chaos emeralds in Sonic Mania.

    2. TheOcelot

      Mania mode = Bad Ending

      Encore mode = Good ending

    3. Diogenes

forces is not real the good ending leads into encore mode

    4. Pelvic WOO! engine

      Pelvic WOO! engine

I thought encore mode took place after forces?

      Therefore, Good ending.

Unless heavy king was about to attack sonic in mirage saloon.

    5. SupahBerry

Sonic 4 Ep. 2 is the bad ending of Sonic CD.

      I mean, there's proof.

  7. Are there any good RPGs that are like Paper Mario?

    1. PublicEnemy1

If you don't mind licensed games, Steven Universe: Save the Light is a genuinely fun game that has mechanics similar to PM.

    2. Menace2Society

South Park: The Stick of Truth.

Seems like a pattern is about to be formed.

  8. The 20th anniversary for the North American launch of the dreamcast is in less than 2 months. Which means that SA1 is gonna be 20 years old....

    1. Waveshocker Sigma

      Waveshocker Sigma

SA1 was 20 years old last year, though.

    2. Dejimon11

      In North America.

  9. Alright fine go head let me hear what you think of me. Don't hold anything back we're all adults here(I think most of us are)

You probably have gone the longest without changing your profile pic compared to everyone else which is cool.

    2. Crow the BOOLET

      Crow the BOOLET

  10. I'm borderline tempted to call 1/2 Genie Hero bad.

    1. PublicEnemy1

      Yeaaaaaaah. It isn't that good.

Now that I think about it, most of the Shantae games aren't that good. PC was the only one I really loved.

Shantae GBC is innovative, but has glaring archaic design flaws.

Risky's Revenge is too short for the price tag.

And HGH gets rid of everything PC built up for something that feels half-baked.

If all this is true... why the hell am I still hyped for Shantae 5? It's probably because of the charming characters, great designs, and awesome music that adds to my enjoyment of the franchise. Here's hoping that S5 will get me loving the actual game again.

  11. I can get all 3 Jak games on the PS4 for $15. As somebody who has never played any of the Jak and Daxter games(except for a brief moment in that ride back section in Jak 1) is it worth it?

    1. Teoskaven

No, the emulation on the PS4 is for some reason fucked up. If you still have a PS3, get the HD trilogy there.

    2. Dejimon11

      Awww fine.

    3. Ryannumber1gamer

The PS4 version was patched and fixed, and it works perfectly fine for a first go around. The HD trilogy is much better, but in terms of cheapest and for a first time, the PS4 is still a good option.

The only "unplayable" version really is the Vita port.

    4. Marcello

1 is great, 2 is kinda bad and 3 is good. For $15, I'd say it's worth it for the first alone, with the others just being bonuses.

  12. When it comes to the MCU at this point i'm just indifferent towards it. Whatever interests me I'll go see it but I'm not gonna be super excited for every single thing they announce after endgame.

    1. KHCast

Yeah I was mainly just really invested until the end of phase 3. Everything post that is just...cool. But with all these new canon tv shows and films it’s just a lot to continue to seriously manage and keep up with

    2. Teoskaven

That's how i've been since Infinity War, but that hasn't stopped me from enjoying some of the movies that came out. Besides, thanks to internet and recaps, catching up on continuity nods is as easy as a Google search.

    3. The Tenth Doctor

      The Tenth Doctor

I'll enjoy them sure, just not got much hype apart from Guardians of the Galaxy vol 3. Will wait and see.

  13. Young Justice Season 4 announced

  14. You ever think about how sad Playstation All Stars Battle Royal's roster is?

    1. Ferno

Not having crash or spyro was the biggest letdown imo

    2. Strickerx5

Not having Crash and Spyro was like Smash not having Mario and Pikachu

      Shit was tragic

    3. Milo

cloud strife skipping playstation all stars but making it into smash will forever be high tier comedic irony

    4. Menace2Society

No, because I forgot it existed.

    5. Dejimon11

Spike, Parapa, Sweet Tooth, Sir Daniel , Hiehachi, Kratos, Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank, Sly Cooper, Nathan Drake, Sackboy and Cole were all great choices. But everybody else was just so baffling and questionable.

    6. Thigolf

  15. Finally saw Spider-Verse for the first time since being it in theaters(despite owning the blu ray since the day it came out). Yup still the best Spider-Man movie.

    1. Strickerx5

Probably one of my favorite movies ever at this point.

  16. So would you buy these as stickers? Asking for my friend

    1. Diogenes

i don't buy stickers but if i bought stickers i'd probably buy those stickers

    2. Badnik Zero

      Badnik Zero

They’re pretty rad. Actually they'd work really well as pins.

    3. Zaysho

From other designs I've seen, I think those work very well for stickers. Hope they do well if your friend decides to put them out.

    4. Scott

As a switch user with no Metroid content....

Or just generally a Nintendo fan with not enough Metroid content, I need these stickers!!!

  17. >Gets to gold rank in CTR

  18. Luigi’s Mansion 3 comes out on Halloween!

    1. Strickerx5

Ok good, it’s actually coming out this year. Wonder why they couldn’t confirm anything last month at E3.

    2. Dejimon11

They said that they wanted to release the game when Next Level games were ready. Pretty much the same reason why they delayed animal crossing to next year to avoid crunch.

  19. So why isn't anybody talking about the fact that we have a female turtle in the TMNT comic books?

      Conquering Storm’s Servant

I thought we already had one...?

      Looks badass still.

    5. Ryannumber1gamer

      @Tails spin

No, it's a original character who was a foot clan soldier, who slowly grew kinder as Splinter took over the clan.

She was recently stabbed by Karai, who's attempting to brutally retake the foot clan, and force the orphans that were currently in the care of Splinter into either being trained (and brainwashed) into loyal soldiers for the Foot, or killed, as they know too much over the inner-workings of the Foot Clan.

In order to save her life, Leo has to give her a blood transfer to allow his mutagen to heal her wound, the side effect is it mutated her.

    6. dbzfan7

I did mention it XP. Though why not, let's see how it goes. My only real gripe is having 3 weapons which I think is trying a bit too hard to be cool. A bow turtle would have been a neat addition on its own. Though having claws and a sword on top of that kinda seems a bit much. Hope she works out and doesn't go the way of Venus.

    7. Waveshocker Sigma

  20. Honestly I’m fine with people having different opinions but when it comes to being a contrarian or a killjoy just for the sake of it then it starts getting annoying.

    1. AlphaRuby

So it's like WWE fans vs AEW fans atm.

    2. Dejimon11

      Yeah pretty much

I’ve been seeing this take in defense for the sonic movie and I just can’t agree. Even if they changed his design the movie itself just didn’t look appealing.

The only reason why they’re backtracking on the design is because they realized that they screwed up even after SEGA told them it wasn’t gonna go well are they’re desperate to make people watch the movie. It wasn’t even Sonic fans complaining the general public thought it looked bad as well.

    1. Ryannumber1gamer

      Uh, no.

I don't care about the directors fixing something that shouldn't have been so broken in the first place. I also don't care about the movie when it still features about a hundred other problems that will not be fixed and still looks awful.

    2. Zaysho

      lol no

    3. NegaMetallix

Indeed. Changing one character's design =/= Fixing the whole movie

I don't care if they're gonna make Sonic look more like Sonic, the film still looks very uninteresting to me.

    4. Dejimon11

Oh wait I forgot this was posted by one of the sonic Boom writers in a desperate attempt at relevance.

    5. SupahBerry

Just watch- The next trailer debuts with the new design, people will still talk badly about it.

Then these chaps will change their tune to the ol' "Sonic Fans are Impossible to Please" shtick.

    6. PaddyFancy

At this point, they should just ignored everyone and ran with the original design because what’s the point of changing one thing?

    7. Milo

yeah i've been seeing that tweet showing up quite a bit on my feed too. for some reason.

badgering people to be grateful for companies trying to fix their (the company's) own mistakes would be (slightly) more commendable if the mistakes in question weren't ridiculous to start with. anybody with some basic knowledge of sonic would had seen the design the studio came up with as a giant disaster from miles away.

      @SupahBerry winner winner chicken dinner

    8. Sean

Life is too short to be spending money on games and movies I know I won't like.

    9. Celestia

Not only does nobody owe Paramount and the studio making the movie anything, but "oh but what if no studio listens to fans again" means nothing to me. Stuff like that should be judged on a case by case basis, sometimes fans have a point, sometimes...uh...not.

  22. As wrong of an opinion as this is: I want Jaleel White to voice Classic Sonic.

    1. Tangled Jack

      Tangled Jack

That if you want him in modern games again...

    2. Your Vest Friend

      Your Vest Friend

Whoever voiced him in Waku Waku Sonic Patrol Car has more right to voice classic Sonic than him.

    3. Thigolf

Jaleel White's high pitched voice kinda bugs me so no thanks

    4. Lord-Dreamerz

His was the best Sonic voice to me altogether.

    5. Ernest the Panda

      Ernest the Panda

I think Jaleel is best suited to Sonic’s old American look.

Trying to imagine Jeleel’s voice coming out of Sonic’s classic Japanese design just...doesn’t work for me.

  23. 1/2 Genie Hero pretty much reflects how I feel about WayForward as a whole. They’re games are just ok/decent but there’s enough charm in them in them such as the presentation, character animation and music that makes them standout.

    1. Ryannumber1gamer

I honestly think 1/2 Genie Hero's biggest problem is just reverting the good made by Pirate's Curse. Risky's gear gave such a fun way of mixing abilities and keeping up momentum that it sucks to have to jump back to Risky's Revenge where you've got to deal with the transformations, especially when stuff like Monkey Bullet requires far more precision than using the cannon or Risky's hat.

It really removed a fun aspect of the game.

    2. Blue Blood

      Blue Blood

HGH really isn't very good on the gameplay front. It's very plain and uninspired platforming, padded out with ludicrous amounts of backtracking and gating off basic manouvers as upgrades for your upgrades. The game is always telling you that you've got to replay the majority of a level to grab the one specific item that let's you do a context-specific move to get another item hidden near the end of another level. And did I mention the levels are long and linear? Piss off. Then you get into the realms of "went is this even in the game" with rubbish like the mouse transformation, or the two slightly different swimming transformations that do basically the same thing but are made separate to inconvenience the player.

The music is great. The graphics are great too, but I really dislike the character design in Shantae (big boobs, bare skin and cliché anime voices are all necessities for WF female characters). And beyond that... Nope. Absolutely not fun. I've not played any of the other games and I don't think that I really want to. PC looks better, but not particularly great.

And I'd just like to say what a dumb catchphrase "ret 2 go" is. A bit a googling tells me that it comes from an inside joke at Way Forward, which is fine, but didn't make it feel any less bizarre. It sounds forced every time it's used.

It doesn't just look better, it is legitimately a really good platformer, basically the total opposite of HGH - the backtracking is well done, the moveset you unlock throughout the adventure is meaningful and actually provides much more versatility, as well as allowing you to mix and match to your heart's content (using boots, cannon, and hat for example can give you a lot of fast movement).

The new abilities and items allow you to just very easily blaze through levels, and means that momentum is always flowing as well in the later stages of the game. There's also only two main collectables - heart squids and Cracklebats.

HGH is a pretty eh game, but Pirate's Curse IMO is legitimately fantastic and worth trying out if you get a sale on it at some stage.

Like I said last time, I'm very glad WF is going back to the Metroidvania route for the next game. It's not crowdfunded this time, and the opening is very promising.

      @Blue Blood

Pirate’s Curse had much better gameplay overall. On Half Genie Hero I feel some of the other character modes such as Risky’s story mode are more fun to play then the main one. But I won’t fully disagree with your problems with the main story mode for that game, it needed far more work.

Far as character design… I disagree with the idea of them not being good. The characters have VERY fun designs and their charm is what drew me into the series to start with. I think folk like you over exaggerate how sexy all the characters actually are, especially with the thought of how “big” everybody’s boobs are… Shantae does not really even have big boobs herself… people who think otherwise are just to used to certain western children cartoons that try to be as PC as possible. I don’t have a problem it is not your personal taste in design, not all character designs & art styles can or should appeal to everybody. But I personally enjoy whimsical cute & sexy character designs as long the characters are likable in other ways too.

Wayforward games are so white bread in terms of mechanics that I have to assume people are playing them because of the characters and their designs

I liked Pirates Curse but thats more like the exception rather than the rule.

Fans like me also enjoy the goofy light hearted stories that have some continuation. The stories are just good silly fun and relaxing to me with a cast of characters mostly with enjoyable personalities that allow actually caring about following their adventures.

To me many game franchises the characters lack soul and whimsy in writing. However you are not wrong in that many fans are into it especially because of the characters on Shantae... (not overly different with many Sonic fans honestly) I am personally really picky in the types of characters I greatly enjoy in fiction, and some of the Shantae cast managed to hit me perfectly with a handful of them.

Art style, music, and characters go a long way to get me interested in a game even if the gameplay isn't its strongest element. The Shantae games are pretty basic but I liked them enough to replay multiple times as well as WayForward's Mighty Switch Force games, which are pretty excellent puzzle platformers. Shantae isn't the only series like this for me; Solatorobo is a fantastic game with one of my favorite fantasy worlds in a video game, but the gameplay is kind of the worst part of it lol.

Pirates Curse is the only game I outright enjoyed. As for the characters themselves I think they’re all pretty bland or annoying. Risky Boots being the one exception due to her character arc in that game.

Risky Boots is actually my favorite character from the series. after that it is Shantae in 2nd place and Rotty Tops in 3rd.

  24. Ok bye Holly you totally added so much in this game.

    1. JosepHenry

Holly is worse than Metal Sonic as marketing for Sonic CD

She was being heavily pushed as being a Shantae rival that would be a thing for the entire game

And that's it for her in HGH.

At least you raced Metal once...

    2. Dejimon11

She was even a kickstarter stretch goal. What happened?

    3. Ryannumber1gamer

Honestly, what's lame is her personality and voice was kind of annoying to begin with. I'm following a 100% guide as I'm going along and found out I'm literally beginning to near the final chapters of the game, and I'm like "...what?"

    4. Dejimon11

Honestly I don't blame you for using a guide for these games. Especially in PC when you had to find all the dark tinerbats.

      Blue Blood

HGH feels like a bunch of different storylines that are entirely unrelated to each other. All of them go nowhere. The Holly one is the worst though, because it comes just as the game is getting started and you think that is going to be something important. But nope. One level and a boss fight later, she's gone and Shantae has her job back.
