  1. Can't wait till someone uploads Hidden World Act 2, it's a Believe in Myself remix
  2. If he makes that bet again that's probably why he looks the way he does in Sonic Boom
  3. Exactly why my videos aren't monetized Although I have nothing against you using an mp3 converter ;D
  4. I understand I've been requested, so I made an account and posted around and made one remix specifically for the album and the requested one right here. (Sorry for my inability to name remixes) https://soundcloud.com/cyanblur/livewire-and-learn https://soundcloud.com/cyanblur/electric-possibilities I can definitely see myself making a LOT more remixes by the deadline, so if I feel they're particularly quality I may drop them by here.
  5. Ahh who could forget 8-bit You Can Do Anything https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAlRi_mEqK4 Toot toot sonic warrior deep in space and time~ Also this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ixg96gKPz8
  6. Is it cheating to say Generations if I include the hidden tracks? Otherwise I can't really pick. Well that's a lie, I'd pick SA2... probably because of the hilarity of Knuckles' tracks.
  7. Sonic Chronicles gets the gold medal on this topic. because the tracks they used for everything were MIDIs of old songs because they tried to make the MIDIs into remixes by making them worse??? offset pitch more please Personally I'd say the Sonic 4 series gets silver for half trying to simulate 16-bit. Duck symphony
  8. Anyone else notice Sonic mention places that are from gameverse but not seen in the comicverse until then? Upon arriving in Megaman's city he lists off nearly all city stages guessing where he is... do you think Archie's trying to make their world fit to be a bit more like gameverse?
  9. I'm viciously in support of Silvaze for a few reasons. Firstly, I know, I know... most of the people who ship the alternative for Blaze, Sonaze, had been convinced by the whole "open yourself up to friendship" part of Rush. Personally, even though I played that before 06, I never got any feeling that that was special. Sonic's just a friendly sort of guy; if it weren't for the mistaken identity thing he'd have been like that with Shadow really. What really sold me, however, was Blaze's half-confession at the end of their story in 06. It seemed to be the closest romantic thing a closed-off person like Blaze would say. Then you've gotta consider how long they'd been together in that hellish world -- likely since a young age considering they managed to live. This is most likely the case, seeing how dependent Silver is on her, and how well she understands him. Also I have to admit I have a personal attachment to the ship, as my gf and I met and initially bonded by rping them and developing stories of their younger life in 06verse.
  10. I do, but when it's a mashup there's a high chance the songs just won't work together. I'll give it a shot and let you know if it works.
  11. That's why I'm here! Jeff contacted me on Tumblr and said someone requested one of my tracks be in it... So I whipped up an electro Live and Learn and now I have to hit 10 posts.
  12. Yeahhhh I did post the rooftop run one just for laughs. The tempos were just so different that the song got chopped up wen stretched (not to mention they're just so unique to each other they make it busy) http://a.tumblr.com/tumblr_m1f61phqcq1qk4vnwo1.mp3
  13. I haven't joined this forum until, well... today. I've always wondered how well known my channel is to the community, but I can't really guess based off of my YT subscriber count. Maybe now I can tell, but my expectations aren't high. Instead, I'll make the focus of this thread on expanding my viewership to those of you who haven't heard of me (as I have done next to nothing to try to do that in the first place). First off a disclaimer: aside from a background of 5 years as a percussionist, I haven't had any musical training. So yeah, I know, I'm a rookie at this stuff. All I am is a guy with Audacity and a copy of FL Studio 10 who collects VST plugins for it. Don't expect stuff of Falk's caliber @_@ First off something recent, a style I've been working on mastering lately: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VoODinw304A Bonus Starlight Carnival -- these are the only 2 on my YT channel like this. Hmm next example, I guess would be I sometimes mashup two versions of one song... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPE1LWIlUzM This was something really common when Generations came out. There were 7 or 8 Classic x Modern mashups I had dubbed Generations Mixes. Then there's the obligatory "most popular" (ew ignore my gross mspaint art ... this is years old) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQZQtG0Xz7E Lastly my personal favorite: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E33LytF0_ko It's tough condensing 202 tracks (there's twice as many on my Tumblr that haven't been posted on YT yet too) into a forum post but I hope this does my selection justice. If I missed something, you can find it here.
