  1. Wait, you can rip stuff from GBA Games? If you can find a way, would it be possible to do a rip of all the stuff from the GBA Version of Jet Set Radio? (Yes, that was actually a thing, in case you didn't already know.)
  2. The same scratch is used at the beginning of Moody's Shuffle. That wasn't even the main focus of the post, I kinda was going for more attention to the "Oowap" Hideki Voice clip, that's the best version of it we're gonna get without Naganuma flat-out giving the clip to us, which will probably never happen.
  3. Ok, this is great, I was looking around at a rip I did of everything from Sonic and Sega All Stars racing for DS, and I've found some really interesting stuff. First, why is there Fly Like A Butterfly audio in it? I don't remember hearing that one, but it leads me to my first (and best) discovery out of this entire post, this little gem right here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/q71mb1m3a72a862/Naganuma%27sVoice_OOWAP.mp3 Second, we have a 15 Second clip with a familiar scratch sound right at the beginning. https://www.dropbox.com/s/65kmunt5lpokmuf/0000.wav Unrelated, but still interesting, and something I won't be linking, there's an 8 Minute, 30 Second file, slightly compressed, of 2 full length songs done by Bentley Jones and Crush 40, I can tell by the voices, but I've never heard either of the songs, after some Google-ing I confirmed to be "So Much More..." and "Into The Wind" respectively.
  4. Yea, that's the same clip, and it must be the same Speech Generator because it says "Techno" the same way. I wish I had the resources to buy all these sample packs, I really want to find more from Sonic CD like this, the Japanese OST, that is.
  5. Ok, I literally just found this while listening to the Sonic CD JP Soundtrack, Wacky Workbench Good Future. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6rBMhuaOiVU About 12 seconds in, "(Something) Techno", wasn't this used in one of the Adventure games?
  6. Again, sorry for posting so much in one day I got it fixed, threw it in Audacity and exported it as an MP3, works fine now.
  7. Sorry for the double post, but I've found an issue with the pack, the Sax Squeal sample is broken. I try playing it and i can't hear a thing. And another note, the famous "Amen Break" clip appears in the JSRF Remix of Sweet Soul Brother, so there's one to add.
  8. Where was "Get Down" used? I know the other part, 'Get Funky" was used in Let Mom Sleep, but where does the other one come in?
  9. Oh, something else I want to add, I've been working on this for a while, it's a pack of all the Jet Set Samples that people have managed to dig up, credits to all the known sample-hunters in the Text File added. [Link redacted because the link here was really out of date] if anyone has any to add that I missed, lemme know.
  10. Welp, this is certainly interesting, this is a track from some Ps1/Ps2 game called "Bust A Groove", the song is called "2 Bad", listen in at about 1:36, sound familiar? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3Xn0jpSh-I Now where have we heard THAT before? Rock It On from Jet Set Radio.
  11. Welp, looks like i screwed up, Hideki added that in the Digital Remakin' version. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXwiWW0vYiE
  12. Dunno if anyone noted this one, Sonic Rush, Vela-Nova, during the first 5 seconds, the "Hoo" part of that sample plays. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pRmZInUsKA
  13. Welp, after listening to the OST, and comparing the clips, the SDF Synth seems to be in Bomber Barbara, at about 57 seconds in. Oh, and something I forgot to put here earlier, from Ollie King's Teknopathetic remix, ripped from GarageBand by a friend of mine: http://vocaroo.com/i/s1GlaJD1WB4E
  14. After analyzing the files in SonnikkuForever's sound filedump, I've found quite a few interesting bits of things, here's what I've dug out of it. http://vocaroo.com/i/s0VktdxcGGiu This sound falls in the folders where all the "Ride There, Ride On" clips are, Idunno whether it's a scream, or what, but it also appears in "Let Mom Sleep". http://vocaroo.com/i/s04wHMFM8WJh This "HEY!", falling into place with the "Back 2 Back" clips, was used in JSR's "Sweet Soul Brother". http://vocaroo.com/i/s1PCh0d9C3sb This "UGH!", placed in the "Ethno Circus" sections, also takes place in JSRF's most famous track, "The Concept Of Love". http://vocaroo.com/i/s1q9AgrLbCjt This "COME ON!" seems to be one of SEGA's most used, as it not only appears in "Get Edgy" and "Funky Dealer", but it goes all the way back to Sonic 3's Miniboss Theme! http://vocaroo.com/i/s1PGs0EdgWLD http://vocaroo.com/i/s1Y4VpboIITB These two are kinda interesting, it seems as though Naganuma might have actually sampled his own work, as these stabs in "Get Edgy" appear in "Let Mom Sleep". http://vocaroo.com/i/s1dPAfg2kjYA If I'm not mistaken, this clip is the same one as a clip used in "Shape Da Future"? http://vocaroo.com/i/s0bhuLOhCGAS And for the finale, this reel of clips from "Right There, Ride On" if I remember correctly, is the same clip used in "Rock It On".
