  1. Teen Titans Go to the movies still has a 100% on RT, based on 14 critics now. https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/teen_titans_go/

It may likely turn out to be no different an expereince from what Last Jedi had brought.

Well, it is different, cause there's nothing to beet down by this time.

Any early reviews are paid by the movie company and WB might have pushed restrictions for this one, like bad review = not paid and blacklisted. We'll wait and see but even then a high score might not mean it is much cop or the reviewers liked it but not the viewers themselves. At least it will be considered Nicolas Cage's best movie if the scores stay the same.

Similar thing to the gaming industry where early reviews means high scores. GTA IV being the poster boy of this because nearly everyone was forced to play it in Rockstar's offices.

Saying that, it could be those surprisingly good movies.

Eh, I hate to admit it but I can see how this could end up being a thing. Like I said way back when this was announced, the crowd going to see this (and ending up enjoying it) are probably the same crowd that went to see Lego Batman. They're just there for super hero jokes and don't care about the background to it all. In that way, the movie could easily deliver 1 and a half to 2 hours of solid comedy (as the show itself does have its fair share of good moments).

Let's just hope this leads to CN trying out more theatrical releases (looks at upcoming SU movie).

maybe it's possible reviewers (who are likely by-and-large unaware of the show) really liked the film
