  1. Late to the KH3 party, but so far I'm enjoying the game. I think I'm about halfway done? (Spoilers below)
  2. Man, I'd love to have a question potentially answered on these Sonic Twitter takeovers...

...then I remember that I don't actually have a Twitter account. And I'm honestly not sure if it'd be worth me signing up for one anyway.

    1. DanJ86

I understand. I totally forgot I had an account and don't really know what to use it for.

    2. NegaMetallix

I mean, I could possibly see myself using Twitter more than, say, Facebook. I only use the latter to message friends and family, but the former seems to be where a lot of subjects I like are discussed.

  3. Huh, so they're actually delaying the film.

    ...Neat, I guess? *shrugs*

  4. Aw yeah! It took a lot of tries, but I managed to beat the Gummi Ship superboss in KH3!

    1. KHCast

If you have the ultimate weapon ship model, it’s actually not that bad

    2. Ryannumber1gamer

That took me awhile, since I didn't put too much into ship customization.

      Aiming for the ultima weapon?

    3. NegaMetallix

@KHCast I probably should've waited until I got one of those blueprints (best/most resilient Gummi I had at the time was the Final Fantasy Airship) but once I got the patterns down, the boss wasn't too bad.

@Ryannumber1gamer As in the Keyblade, or the Gummi that KHCast mentioned?

I'm still a looong way away from being able to synthesise the Ultima Weapon, so it's not really something I'm aiming to get right now.

Just to give some context on the fight itself, my Gummi Level was 38 when I fought it, and I used a custom-built Gummi with Gravity and Comet/Meteor weapons equipped, as well as the Barrier special weapon.

  5. @Shiroi Huh, that's surprising to hear. As a member of Team Time Travel, things were quite the opposite on my end. Before the Splatfest, the majority of drawings/posts that showed up were supporting Team Teleportation. And once it came to the event proper, I'm almost certain that the majority of matches I was in were losses - or rather, curbstomps - for our team.
  6. Welp, I finally got KH3:

Figured it was worth getting for £20.

    1. Ryannumber1gamer

Where’d you get it for £20?

    2. NegaMetallix

Argos. It's like 30% off there right now. (They normally sell it at around £32)

    3. Ryannumber1gamer

      Wow, not bad.

  7. Even Wily Wars is gonna be on this?! ...okay I want one.
  8. Detective Pikachu was a fun watch. The film has flaws in places, as well as some predictable twists, but it didn't ruin the experience for me.

Hopefully this leads to a brighter future for video game-based mov--

    ...oh, right.

  9. Heading off to watch a Pikachu dancing for an hour and 40 minutes!

...What do you mean "that's not what Detective Pikachu is about"?

    1. Ryannumber1gamer

Well that’s just blatant false advertisement. I was sold on the YouTube upload where he danced for 100 minutes, I expected to see this on the big screen for the designated 100 minutes.

Detective Pikachu, you’re now apart of a special list of bad films with false advertisement, right along with Mundane Beasts and Where not to Find Them.

    2. Blacklightning

I'm honestly annoyed that I got this reference.

  10. Have a good one, bud!

    1. Failinhearts

      Thank you!

  11. Welp, my brother's finally got his own Switch. Should make things more fun when we head to EGX later this year.

  12. Oh, I'm no newbie. I just traded in the game a while back when I didn't have the funds for the Switch Online service. ...Buuut that does mean that I also haven't played the game in some time, so you're not alone in that regard.
  13. Indeed. It honestly makes me wonder if they'd have been better off doing what SASR/Transformed did, and just reuse certain clips from other Sonic games.
  14. So I'm not the only one who noticed that Knux's voice sounds... off. Was Travis Willingham just having a really bad day in the voice booth? Sadly, the tracks don't look all too interesting to race on. As Blue Blood noted, they just seem so wide and straightforward to the point that it makes the tracks feel empty, which is a shame. Aside from the soundtrack, I just don't think this game has managed to catch my attention enough for me to warrant a purchase.
