    Blaze is wearing a yukata, basically summer casual version of a kimono.
    She's holding a hand-held firework called senko hanabi, and the rainbow braids beside her are different kind but also hand-held fireworks.
    Nice to see the water bucket there. Safety first! The coil in the corner is a mosquito coil incense thing.
    As redhellc said, its bon festival season and also it's still summer so maybe that's why?

    Thats a traditional Japanese mask called a hyottoko https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyottoko They sell them and wear them in a "matsuri" or festival.
    As creepy as it is, the red part is the mouth (the "whisker" is the beard). I have no idea why it doesn't have a nose.
