You'd think they'd have made a Lego Sonic game before stuffing him like a nacho into Lego Dimensions.

Look, I know you aren't happy about IGN's views on Sonic, but come on, that's poor form from another journalism site (main account and not a writer's personal one at that).

Did anyone in NA get a Banjo Nuts & Bolts code yet for pre-ordering ReCore?

Me and @RK64 are back with a new podcast discussing about the new NX rumors! Here it is in a playlist featuring all of my Musings and podcasts for your viewing pleasure.
-
Honestly, even if this rumor is false, and we likely still have nothing we know about the specs. Here's the thing to really consider: The thing people are underestimating about the NX's launch is definitely the likely strength of the launch title line-up. nearly 90% of Nintendo's Console and handheld developers are working on games for the NX right now, and that's without mentioning a number of carried over wii-u projects like Retro's next title. That combined with solid Japanese support, and a decent bit of western support from friendly studios like WB Games(Injustice 2 perhaps), and Ubisoft, means this could be an extremely robust lineup and they may be able to avoid software droughts this time around. The full force of Nintendo's development teams would be an impressive sight

I have that same thought Mando-Whirl-Wind :D. I think we will have a lot of great stuff for the NX :).

The Mega Man franchise has hit 31 million sales? That's the same number it had in 2010! :^)
-
Just saw Ice Age 5 yesterday, A LOT better than I thought it would be. It's nowhere near as bad as reviews and the low RT score would make you believe. As long as you're a fan of the series, you should really like it!

Did you know? The last game directed by Takashi Iizuka was Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games for Wii! I wonder if started out as a Sonic Team USA game right after NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams was finished in December 2007. The team moved back to Japan I think around 2008 Jun once said no?
It was in 2010 when he became the series producer to this day starting with Sonic 4: Episode 1 I believe.

"Now we have eaten the chicken and I don't know what to dooo."
"Maybe we should look for our friend, isn't that what friends do?
Now we have finished the chicken picnic..."

I'm certainly not looking forward to the event definitely dragging its feet and leaving the game news until the last few minutes. The event is 4 hours long and it'll end at around 1AM and even later for folks in other time-zones.
-
Reaction: The big announcement is that YOU are Sonic!
He was inside you all along.
-
I think Griffith fans will want to check out the newest article I put up on the main site.
-
Still looking for folks to join my Sonic party predictions podcast. It'll be recorded likely tonight EST maybe, but tomorrow before the event is an option.
-
Who's interested in joining me on a Sonic 25th Anniversary Party predictions podcast? Just got the idea. If you have recording experience and are interested, let me know.

@Dejimon11Skype call maybe? Never hosted a multi-person podcast before.
Alternatively, everyone would record their own voice via audacity, and I'd just merge them all together maybe.
-
we should do it via skype, it's easier haha

Anyone else get 7th Dragon III Code: VFD for 3DS yet? Remember you only have a few hours left to grab the first two bits of DLC for free, as sometime during the day that will expire when the next wave of DLC comes out.

Oh my god, is that Mike Pollock in this OLD Nintendo Power Pad commercial?!
The narrator SO sounds like him! O_o
-
Which Nintendo system do you want a Mini version of? Despite the lower chances the newer it is?
GameCube obviously for me. But N64 would also be SICK!!!
If a GC one ever happens, I'd want Melee, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, and Sunshine among the 30 for example.
For N64 I'd want Banjo-Tooie, Diddy Kong Racing, and Donkey Kong 64 among the 30 (odds seem rare with these though).
-
Honestly, I'd love if they made Plug N Plays based on portable consoles too just for the hell of it.

Mini SNES. Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island, Kirby Super Star, Link To The Past, Earthbound, Star Fox, Super Metroid, F-Zero, all 3 Donkey kong Countries, Super Mario Kart, and uh whatever else they can think of.
Mini N64 I would also love, but too many of its golden hits are Rare titles and I don't realistically see them being included.
Mini Gamecube I would not expect for a very long time, but I would love one. Gamecube is primo Nintendage.
OH OH a portable, I guess not really mini, but a portable GBA with a bunch of built in games would also be hype as balls

A Game Boy Mini would be SICK! Might even be next as it's from the same era as the NES.
Pokemon Yellow, Pokemon Crystal (considered to be the definitives of their gens), Super Mario Land, Kirby's Dream Land, Donkey Kong Land (lots of Lands XD) or Country (Crystal is a GBC-only game so Country would be eligible then).

Do we know why Niantic published Pokemon Go and not Nintendo or TPC? Seems like an odd decision. TPC published all the other mobile Pokemon games.
