  1. I might not have played much of it (2 hours since Friday) as my days are a bit hurried, but I'm freakin' loving Ion Fury.

You DEFINITELY should give a look.

  2. Fun fact: Kraftwerk have a track called "Robotnik".

The single was released one month before Sonic 1 came out, so it's unlike to say who copied who (If someone copied someone).

  3. Is it just me or anyone else has been seeing LEGO Star Wars (I & II) videos/media anywhere you look in the internet. It's like some nostalgia thing, but I'm not knowing anything special regarding them except they are old and good games.

  4. I should have said this on Status Update but it was too late for me yesterday. I bought the game and here is my first impressions. So, the game fits into one of the stereotype I was wanting the most, an action/adventure Sci-Fi Female Protagonist Game, and this game just not did this as well made on the very old-school way I love. The strongest point of the game certainly is the details, with a few things that you almost don't believe they put on the game and references, not just to Duke3D but for other Classic FPS, including not 3D Realms related, main remarkable, Unreal. I feel they missed a few references opportunities but this is just the game beginning. The price of the game don't seems much friendly so I convinced my brother to each one pays half and then both have access to the game on Steam, but this one certainly IS a game to consider buying. Specially as it's been a while I was looking for a Sci-Fi female protagonist game, so this one was a perfect game. Now I'm just excited to they "deconstruct" the game so I easily will take those beautiful textures and use with my over 7 years Doom gaming/modding experience as well excited to make new levels for this one too.
  5. So, that Duke Nukem 3D sequel we all have waiting for just got released!

    ... not exactly

  6. Ion Fury (Formally, Ion Maiden) is that spiritual successor many Duke Nukem 3D fans were waiting since they got disappointed with Duke Nukem Forever. Developed by Voidpoint and distributed by 3D Realms (The same responsible for the 90's counterpart), Ion Fury was developed in the very same engine Duke Nukem 3D kicked ass back in 1994. The game is out today, August 14th on Steam and GOG.COM as well for Switch, PS4 and XONE. The game was in Early Access until some time ago and is finished and now released. The original name was called Ion Maiden but due to lawsuits, it was changed to Ion Fury. It actually a sequel to Bombshell, however that one has nothing to do with Duke3D. Here we control Shelly "Bombshell" Harrison (Not Duke, sorry) and we need to save the day in a very basic plot (As I know so far, not looking for Spoilers). However though, Jon St. John, Duke voice actor as well some familiar Sonic faces, does the villain main voice. The game received very well reviews with a Metascore of 81%, 10/10 on Steam and varies around 9 in website reviews. Screenshots: Well, I actually wasn't that hyped for this game but now I'm a bit excited for it. Going to see if I can manage some money to get it.
  7. Redoing a post from SEGA Forever FB page, it's 30 years of Genesis, which are your 30 fav games from the console?

Those are mines. Tried to make a rank, but I'm not sure. Afraid of forgetting something.

    Sonic 3 & Knuckles

    Bonanza Bros.
    Kid Chamaleon
    Phantasy Star IV

      Mr Loopone

Out of the ones that I've played, it's been a while since I've played any games:

      Adventures of Batman & Robin
      Bare Knuckle 3
      Castle of Illusion
      Castlevania Bloodlines
      The Chaos Engine
      Decap Attack
      Desert Strike
      Fire Shark
      Gauntlet (IV)
      Gunstar Heroes
      Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition
      Marble Madness (Tengen JP version)
      Mega Bomberman
      Mega Turrican
      Micro Machines 96
      Monster World IV
      Panorama Cotton
      RoadBlasters (pretty good arcade port)
      Road Rash 2
      RoboCop vs The Terminator
      Rolling Thunder 3
      Revenge of Shinobi
      Second Samurai
      Shadow Dancer
Shui Hu - Feng Yun Zhuan (Water Margin)
      Sonic 1
      Sonic 2
      Streets of Rage 2
      Thunder Force IV

While I really do like Bonanza Bros, I prefer the other ports of the game such as the PC Engine CD, Sharp X68000 and the PS2 versions as the Mega Drive version was cut down. Once you play the other versions, its very hard to go back to the MD version.

  8. Good question...

You say that, when the real question is how did the fish not notice the camera man but freak out at any other human they see?

How do will know the cameraman is human and not a drone or a camera fish?

  9. Saying AAA new game coming from SEGA really remarks me of Sonic, but I think it's to early for Sonic 30th as well too late to release a main game before (If that one turns to be real) the anniversary. Jet Set Radio is dreamer, but sadly unlikely, but assuming how many are talking about it, It really hypes me. Maybe you guys are forgetting some important franchises, why not Crazy Taxi 4 but more likely a new Phantasy Star headed worldwide (Phantasy Star V?). Despite that, maybe a new Hatsune Miku (Not sure if it is or still belongs to SEGA), but I think on a crossover from major important franchise or a complete new game/series is more likely. Yeah, it's pretty vast, just waiting 'til the announcement to know what. JSR2 is a dream.
  10. This is a so dumb joke but I can't stop laughing whenever I think on it:

    >Star Wars Related<

    Please, don't say I'm alone.

  11. Closing up the Original Trilogy, Episode VI has been added:

  12. Closing up the Original Trilogy as well Lucas' saga, Episode VI has been uploaded.
  13. Well, I thought I wouldn't but I managed to just watch Return of the Jedi this weekend. As usual, the review will be up tomorrow.

Heading now to the Sequels! Wow, this is going pretty fast!

Likely the schedule still maintain as planned.

  14. Also, due to tests and hurried weekend, I may need to delay Episode VI review for next weekend.

  15. Well, it seems the strongest hope I ever had in getting a girlfriend just died.
As its kinda a long story, I also don't think I'm fully emotionally prepared to tell this.

    1. tailsBOOM!

      Sorry to hear that pal

I'm sorry to hear that. No experience is wasted experience. Take what you've learned about her and yourself and use it to grow. I can tell you from personal experience that it's worth it, not simply to have a companion, but to understand yourself, your needs, and to love yourself for who you are. It just won't really feel that way right now, because it's gonna sting for a bit. That's fine that it does, and you're allowed to be sad and gloomy over it. That's natural. Just hang in there, practice self care when you can and you'll be back stronger.

      Thank you all

@Indigo Rush Well, I'm actually never was so near to her but (apparently) a few misunderstood things really looked something pretty real and flowing. In fact, I barely exchanged a word with her, it was even for me she told (That's why I would need to tell the full story, but it's a bit long and complex), but only a few hours since that happened I can say that, even with the sadness thinking on what we could have been, I feel I accepted well. This is a phrase I made which defines me perfectly now: "If our destinies aren't together, then I can't do nothing". I also just think she lost a very good man.
