  1. This Is where I like to share my Sonic Merchandise with everyone 😊 Just got the original Quad Cinema Sonic Movie 2 posters the other day. Got the frames coming for them as well. These are my Sonic The Hedgehog Soundtrack Vinyl Albums collection.
  2. Gotta say, this is a nice video they put together for the set and for the amount of pieces they put in, it's not a bad price.
  3. If you fancy getting fit for 2022, SEGA and the virtual run company Medal Dash may have just given you a good incentive. The game publisher and fitness group have announced a partnership that will see the launch of a Sonic the Hedgehog-themed campaign, with medals and exclusive merchandise available for those who take part. Between now and the end of the year, Sonic fans can sign up to the Medal Dash platform and participate in the branded virtual run – earning rewards for accomplishing a number of challenges. You can run, walk, or hike a range of 5K, 10K or 31.1K distances to be eligible to nab a bunch of goodies, ranging from ceremonial medals to exclusive shirts. The Sonic the Hedgehog x Medal Dash event can be completed in one day, or across a series of days – the aim seems to be less about endurance and more about encouraging people to keep fit, whether they can do it all in one go or collectively over the course of the year. A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to supporting US charity Feeding America. SEGA America’s Licensing Manager, Michael Cisneros, said about the partnership: “Sonic never shies away from a race, and this was the perfect chance to put participants speed to the test toward a fun, health and wellness cause. We’ve partnered with Medal Dash to make Sonic fans a part of the action while promoting staying fit and having fun in communities across the country.” “We’re always looking to partner with iconic characters to get new and returning event participants excited for our events, and as one of the most iconic speedsters around, Sonic was a no-brainer,” Medal Dash’s co-founder Tim Herr added. “Participants of all fitness backgrounds can participate, and can even split up their distance goal across multiple days to allow maximum flexibility to stay fit and have fun in the process. “These events give fans a chance to win some swag from their favorite brands, connect with fellow Sonic fans across the world and join a lively community of 125,000+ Medal Dash participants to cheer you on at the ‘finish line’ virtually, so everybody wins!” If you want to take part, head over to the Medal Dash website and sign up. A medal could soon be within your grasp!

  5. SEGA Shop Europe have announced the latest character to join their TUBBZ rubber duckie line, SUPER SONIC! The “Swanical” figure joins the Sonic TUBBZ line, which currently includes Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman. The duck is now available to preorder from SEGA Shop Europe for the “poultry” sum of £14.99, and promises to be out for Christmas, along with the incredible Advent Calender at the end of this month. We already know what we are hoping for in our stockings this year! Preorder link: Super Sonic TUBBZ Who's excited for this? Let us know in the comments below!
  6. Hello everyone, Im in possession of a double life size statue of Sonic and I'd like to have few information about it. I cannot find any price estimation for it so I'd like to know if you have any idea of it, or maybe if you know some website able to give me the information. Thank you very much for reply, I hope I'm at the good place to talk about this subject. Best regards
  7. Written by Ian Flynn, no less. Releases Junes 1st. https://www.amazon.com/dp/1506719279
  8. This is our first look at the Sonic Lego series. I generally like everything, except Eggman who look all sorts of weird to me.
  9. August literally shows Sonic & Tails dying... It's available now at Amazon [Affiliate Link Removed]. And some of the pages are comically terrible. The December page is the Sonic 1 game over/continue screen. One page is a glitch you can do in Casino Night. But it does come with a free poster of the Green Hill Zone so it's well worth the price. Amazon link here if you're interested
  10. Sonic (official) merchandise are quite numerous. Either a human-sized statue to a small action figures, Sonic has had a fair in the merch department. With Sonic Prime a-coming, I'm quite ready to see what's next for merch. I quite a fan of Sonic Design in Prime so I'd love to get a plush for it!
  11. Sonic’s 30th anniversary is almost over, but the partnerships between SEGA and other companies has certainly not slowed. In the latest of these collaborations SEGA has teamed up with Moor-Art Gallery to produce and sell a special limited edition 30th anniversary print. This print will be limited to just 200 copies, and is currently being sold for £34.99. Given the limited nature of these prints, you can expect them to go fast. You can find the print here. They ship worldwide. You can check out what it looks like below: Full Story: https://www.sonicstadium.org/2021/12/sonic-team-moor-art-gallery-collaborate-on-sonic-30th-anniversary-print/
  12. I'm currently reading "Sonic and the tales of deception", one of the last Sonic-related books in being released, and despite how cheesy it feels at times, I'm enjoying it. As a matter of fact, the more I read, the more I want SEGA to start investing in this type of content. Let's imagine for a second the amount of possibilities Sonic literature can easily open for this franchise: Prequel books that provide the fans with more context and backstory from the games. Short novels based on the IDW comics, or even the Sonic cinematic universe. Informative books that give us an inside look of locations, artifacts, and the background story of every character of the series. Gotta ask, am I the only one who wants to see stuff like these?
  13. I see Mephiles and Whisper and I am a happy lad. They look great and the fact Sega is marketing them makes me even happier still not sure why link is not forming mod edit: fixed link

  18. Rob O' is my favourite character ever. Do you think we will ever see him again?
  19. Hey all, first time poster here wanting to show off an interesting piece of history I purchased today. Found a roughly 4 by 5 foot tall sonic wall mounted standee based on what I can confidently assume is the sonic 1 master system/game gear box art. I only know that this piece is over 25 years old, and that it was used as an in-store display at a game store. I’m aware this is unofficial or I’m assuming it is, but was a unique item I’ve never seen nonetheless!
  20. I hear no one talking about this figure. I think it looks awsome, and i am so happy to FINNALY get a offical death egg robot figure. How do you guys think it looks?
  21. I have seen a lot of people claim that this artbook bundle is amazing, and how it sucks there is no way to get it if you don't live in Japan. This is frankly not true... There are lots of sites online that have the book bundle, whilst they're all Japanese places, the easiest place to order (which won't likely give you custom fees or other nasty surprises) which chances are you're familiar with... Is Amazon.jp. Here are the bundles PS4: https://amzn.to/3Bds1dy Switch: https://amzn.to/3mBNloT No XBox or PC edition of this bundle exists. Which Version do I pick? In the "Model/Type" pick either the switch or PS4/Limited edition. The Normal version is JUST the game. Then in the 'Edition' Either of the following. Limited to Amazon: Comes with the game, book, coin and CD. Not limited to Amazon: Comes with the above + mini soundtrack (unsure if physical or digital). Ebten Limited: Comes with the above + A LOT of other extras, this version is VERY expensive). I have an amazon account, why can't I log in? You need an amazon Japan account to order. The process to register one is exactly the same as your local regional version of Amazon, yes your current payment cards should work no problem, as will putting in your local address, utterly no need for a middle man service. I ordered from this site why don't you list that? Yes, there are a bunch of other stores that have this in Japan, however... 1: Chances are if you know about those sites you either know about middle man shipping sites or are prepared to risk a surprise custom fee. 2: This guide is intended for people who have not or who have VERY little experience ordering things from Japan, doing it this way saves people from making a middle man account on another shipping service, plus it's amazon so all their policies are the same and it's not quite as scary as it is trying to use a middle man agency for the first time, especially with all the options for this edition. Can my system play the Japanese edition of the game? PS4: Yes it will. Switch: Yes it will. Future DLC PS4: Make a Japanese PSN account, download from the Japanese store, play it on your main. Switch: No idea, don't own a switch. I'm still scared about making a Japanese amazon account, can you help? Leave a reply and I can try. This information is useful and helpful, how can I help spread it? I guess you can re-tweet my thread on the subject.
  22. Precious metal dealers APMEX have released their Sonic the Hedgehog 30th anniversary collaboration range of coins struck by their mints. They are currently offering a range of items including 1 oz bullion and colourised Silver coins at around $30 each, which include designs of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman. Additionally, the mint are also offering proof coins in a limited run of 300 (struck to the same standard but with extra detailing) in both silver and gold variants and including a presentation tin, with the silver version currently sold out at time of writing. The 1 oz gold proof coin is smaller than the silver version due to the density of the metal (32 mm as opposed to 39 mm) and will set you back a whopping $2000. --------------------------------------- Full Article: https://www.sonicstadium.org/2021/08/apmex-release-sonic-30th-anniversary-silver-and-gold-coins/
  23. SEGA announced today that Sonic Colors Ultimate OST "Recolors" is getting a physical release; which is made up of remixes and remasters of Colors original OST as well as new music for the Metal Sonic Rival Rush mode. This release (which is already available for pre-order) will feature two discs with the following tracks: I'm pleased the remixed music is getting a physical release. I really like some of the remixes we've heard.
  24. In my incredibly short 5 month life of collecting (for now), I collected many things and grew a pretty good collection for the time being, making me develop into a Sonic virgin quite fast. It all started when I went to a kid's clothes/toys store, at that time I was DESPERATE for Sonic merchandise, I loved the series as much as I love it now, and I was starting to get hangry for ANYTHING, but NO STORE (i knew) had Sonic merch, because in south-east Asia, Sonic isn't the most popular or profitable franchise (even if the movie helped a little), it was night time, my family got some of that juicy BK, but I couldn't wait for too long so I went on a dry hunt, I asked the cashier if they have any drop of Sonic toys, but they didn't (NO the Monopoly doesn't count), so I went on a long tangent on why I love the series and why I'm so surprised that they didn't have any toys... But then the cashier stopped me, he told me that he found a small Sonic figure at a store that is just around the corner, I knew the store, but I never spent too much time on it (I did meet some incredible people that I still spend lots of time with, and I still visit the store every day to spend an hour or two there), so I was very excited! The store was closed, it was 9pm, and my burger got cold 😢 The next day I went to the store, and I found it, A SONIC WITH RING FUNKO POP!! I was so happy and excited! I only has 5$, so I told them that I'd come back with my dad to pay the rest for the figure, I didn't, well, I told my dad to go, but I was too tired to join, I ran quite a bit for 2pm weather... And 5 months later; I hate it, it's so creepy, dull, uninspired, light, hollow, and it doesn't look good at all, especially compared to other merch I collected along the way, like the F4F Sonic (with checkpoint), the Jazwares Tails, or the Sonic Mania collector's edition statue, overall, really not satisfied, I bought a few other Sonic Funko Pop!s, like Shadow, and Tails (30th anniversary), I do quite like Tails though, he looks cute. After my purchase (and me being much more knowing of that store), I started to notice that funko pops are INCREDIBLY popular. I do have my reasons for why it's this way: 1. The price point is good, they're cheap! 2. The ungodly amount of collaborations there are with other franchises 3. The fact that they are small and simple 4. The amount of exclusive variants 5. How accessible they are. I would love to hear opinions on this!!
