So I decided to make this topic in case it hasn't been done yet. Serving as a reminder of such announcements & that way all related discussions can go here in the future. Unless something comes out of said announcements that need another dedicated topic for. As we all know, Sega will be having new Sonic news on the 20th of every month of this year. The 20th being tomorrow morning in some time zones, there will be a broadcast to announce such news. What it'll be? We have no clue as of yet. But feel free to speculate on what you think we'll see from this. I feel like it'll be either; IDW sneak peeks. Merchandise Film sequel announcement possibly. Maaaybe a TV show or animation. Might be too early for a new game reveal, but I could be wrong. Won't have to wait too much longer though. Just... try to keep expectations low.
https://www.sonicstadium.org/2019/06/iizuka-says-2021-will-be-a-big-year-for-sonic-drop-dash-will-be-a-mainstay/ Izuka says that the next main series title will be another anniversary title. He is also planning on having the Drop Dash as a mainstay, which is why it is in the Sega Ages Sonic 1. (I hope it displaces those Wisps). He also mentioned how Mighty and Ray entered Mania, in a way that gives me hope for certain OTHER characters to weasel their way into the classic series if not elsewhere. The longer gaps are a good idea on paper, as that’s what the console manufacturers do, and there is material to fill the gap.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/blogs-news-from-elsewhere-26887186 The world has officially gone mad. How can a nine month old baby plan a murder? You'd think this was a late April Fool's joke, but it's actually real. WTF, humanity? Seriously, WTF?! It says a group of more than 30 people total are facing charges, so maybe the baby has just been roped in with the rest of the group? But even then, you just wouldn't charge the baby. That baby isn't even aware of what's going on around it, never mind planning and committing crimes.
