The General Sonic Game Discoveries Thread

Before the old SSMB was wiped, there was a thread pertaining to discussion of various Sonic game discoveries and observations that don't necessarily need their own topic. So, I've decided to start a new one for the new SSMB.

I'll start things off with a neat coincidence from Sonic Unleashed and AoSTH.

They're both gold statues, both in front of Robotnik/Eggman's base/hideout, and they're both in the same pose, with their arms sticking forward. I doubt it's intentional, but sometimes I wonder...

So, are there any Sonic game discoveries or observations you'd like to share?
