Why isn't Sky Sanctuary there if it was already revealed in the Genesis Era Trailer...also missing of all the trailers aviable

EDIT: I noticed that only the UK site lacks the Genesis era trailer

At first I thought generations visuals looked ugly, especially with classic sonic's gameplay. Those 2 shots look gorgeous. Same with sky sanctuary in that 28 minute clip. That background is just beautiful

Green Hill is the only level where they included the word "zone". Weird.

The words "coming soon" appearing about a thousand times indicates to me that every stage is probably going to be revealed before the game's released. I mean, if that didn't seem likely already.

Maybe I just can't count, but it looks like there's 8 rows for the 3DS level thing, not 7.

HOPE! :D

Oh and I don't think that It'll be a special stage seeing as it already has been officially confirmed and has screen shots in the screenshot section

The first picture.. that's some really big loops for classic Sonic to be taking on, with his whole slower speed and his momentum-gameplay. Hopefully they don't A ) dashpad overload or B ) automate that area.

Second picture... is it me or does every single shot of classic Sonic never fail at looking just perfect? I mean the same can be said for modern Sonic in my opinion, but classic especially so.

Plus, there's 7 Special Stages, so they'd might as well advertise them all if another slot is there.

In any case,

TO THE 3DS STAGES THREAD!

The gargantuan loop in Seaside HIll is a reminder of the huge-ass loop near the end of the original Seaside Hill, so I'm not too shocked to see it in. What is shocking is that Classic Sonic takes it. I guess there's a dash pad at the bottom of the loop like the ones in Chemical Plant.

7 emeralds?

Hm.

6 bosses, 3 rivals, 3 traditional.

6 emeralds.

Final Boss phase 1: earn 7th emerald.

Final Boss phase 2: fight as Super Sonic(s).

Looks good to me.

I hope they use that classic emerald sound effect. Loved that as a kid.

Uh, going by the menu screen we got a little while ago and the fact that there are 8 stages shown on the site, it would make much more sense like this:

7 stages- 1 emerald each

Randomly places rival acts, like in the console version. Metal Sonic is in Casino Night here, remember

Boss acts being treated as separate stages

8th stage is just the special stage
