He also specialises in a totally different genre.

I got a report saying that this has already been posted, but the person who reported didn't say where. If someone could point out where it already existed before this topic was made, I'll merge the discussion over (:

Yeah, Razor Wind found it - can only apologise for making the thread, completely overlooked that :( !

Actually if you listen to all he's done in his carrier in and out of Crush 40 you would see he can manage to adapt himself to many different styles.

I'd like to hear an example. Johnny is a rock singer, Cash Cash are a band that specialise in remixes and synth-pop. They're different types of music that requires different sets of skills for different purposes. You don't have to like them, but at least make sure what you're saying is valid.

At 1:19, the music for Sky Sanctuary changes. I can't quite make out if it's a new extension of the song, or if they did a City escape and worked something else in.

Yeah, I wondered about this too, but I can't recognise anything, so just assuming for the time being, that it's just an extension :P

I like that the missions actually change things around enough to make them fresh and fun. Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic Heroes, etc all only really just added enemies, made you collect a certain amount of rings, etc. These actually look new and fun. Not quite brand new levels, but fun diversions.

Proof that Johnny Gioeli is not just a rocker.

Regarding the Super Sonic Racing remix, here's where the "21st Century" and "SEGA Saturn" samples came from:

Kratos advertised for sega!? I'm not digging that Super Sonic racing remix at all and I hope the original is present. I'll probably just use the custom soundtrack option in the 360 to override it anyway.

EDIT: Right. Ninja'd by Barry.

Here is the blog post though:

Still impressive though. i really like the fact the song composer made such an obscure reference in this song that was originally made for a saturn video game.
