Seeing TOM and DBZ(SPECIAL BEAM CANNON!) on my television is just so amazing. Just as amazing as seeing Brak and Zorak on my screen again.

I want this to be legit. it would be the best. Cartoon Planet on Fridays and Toonami on Saturdays.

I didn't realize how much impact a simple little cartoon block had on my childhood until I sat there and watched Tom give his ME3 review and saw the Gundam preview bumper ending in the Toonami logo. Jesus Christ, this does my heart good. Best thing Adult Swim has done ever.

When Final Flash came up, I paused the TV and turned my receiver up to about 80% when it normally hovers at around 40%.

When the credits played I maxed the fucker.

Last I heard, Toei is really shit with the Sailor Moon license and nobody has distribution rights in America. I doubt we'd be seeing it tonight.

On an unrelated note, I want to say that the Tallgeese makes me hard. What a sexy piece of mecha that is. Oh, and I wish I were as glorious of a man as Treize Khushrenda. The fucker can look badass while bathing in flower petals.

You see, I didn't even watch Gundam and Outlaw Star when they were on Toonami the first time, and I simply don't give a damn. I'm still gonna watch this entire thing, and I just pulled an all-nighter last night.

So first Toonami does a surprise by premiering Bleach, which we all know came a few years after Toonami went off air. That's one way to tug people's childhood boners, convince them that you're airing something recent on a classic block.

Next, they decide to put DBZ on. Doubts were given...until they actually showed it. Way to give oldbie's a heart attack.

Now, we're in the middle of Gundam.

Afterwards, they're showing Tenchi Muyo and Outlaw Star...

I swear, I'm hating the fact that I'm loving this convincing April Fools joke. I don't know what I would do if this was legit.

Either way, april fools or not, welcome back to CN Steve Blum TOM!

EDIT: And u know what's hilarious? I really dislike the Gundam franchise back when I was young, and yet I'm watching this one simply out of nostalgia and I am enjoying it.
