For now, I managed to get a combined snap from both stages selects from Sonic Retro, it'll do until I possibly find a HUD-clean rip of Ep2's Stage Select.

Boy, you're really committed to getting map screens! Well its cool, I have a an interest in seeing clean versions of the maps myself. Just for curiosities sake.

Checked out the Retro screens you mentioned, and combined the blur version with the unblurred version. Definitely makes them connect a lot better when you combine the two:

Also quickly threw together Ep1 and Ep2, so EGG Station and the special stage are there:
