You'd be shocked to know that a fan made this concept art.

Who made it? This amazing! You make my day.

UPD: Oh. I found it.

The thing I love about seeing this concept art is that it opens up a realm of the potential the series has.

For example, the concept art for the tracks and whatnot in Sonic Riders that was just posted... look at those cities! That's how I imagine Sonic's world to be. Same goes for the Unleashed concept art, too.

Oh, and I vectorized and colored one of the earlier posted pictures of classic Sonic:

Oh, and for perhaps one of my favorite pieces:

Wish I could go through that loop someday.

The bottom image looks like a Mayan temple zone in a good future. =P

I recall there was a concept brought up on this forum for the Shara's ring from SatSR that had this message written in Arabic text:

"May God be with you."

All he needs is his hat to complete it.

Lol, speaking of that. I wonder if there's any concept art made for Sonic OVA.

I actually really like the second Werehog concept. (And by that I mean the middle picture)

Modern and classic Sonic are both the exact same height. MORE GENERATIONS PLOT HOLES.

Edit: yo this thing where you have to scroll down to see large images is KIND OF ANNOYING

Edit again: Thanks Groose. I could swear I tried this, though.

Concept art that's in Sonic 2's instruction manual.

Hm, Eggman's about to smash poor Tails' Miles Electric? What a jerk!

I've found a couple of pieces from Sonic Adventure that I would like to share:

Sonic himself:

This concept art of Classic Tails was too cute not to put up here:

Last, but not least, I thought these renders of the Egg Pawn were pretty cool:

Anyone ever notice the egg pawns from terminal velocity look a bit like 06 egg gunners?

His leg looks really weird and is wrapped around his other leg whilst his tail is visible under his two back spines.
