Happy Birthday to the Franchise!

I got my checklist up and started for Sonic's big day. As soon as I get home from work, I got a full slate of Sonic games to attack and a truckload of doritos and gatorade to go with it.

I even got a pic of Super Sonic uploaded to DA. So, thats a nice homage to the Blue Blur's big day. http://brodogz.devia...or-Ya-310092215

The way I will be celebrating Sonic's birthday is by play DKCR, Mario Galaxy 2, NSMBWii, Sonic Heroes, Sonic Riders, and Sonic Colors (in that order). And why not I will play Shadow the Hedgehog as well since its his birthday too.

I'll be celebrating by playing through SA2 (maybe Battle version) for the first time in years. I may also play through Generations just to make it an Anniversary tradition.

Hehehehe. I decided to do something interesting:

Play through Sonic Generations, no Red Rings, no Ranking, no Extra Missions.

Once a zone is completed as both Sonics, go play the game it's originally from as far as possible without getting a Game Over! Preferably all stories.

Record Total Lives in each game. Record where the first and last deaths in each game where.

At the end of the entire run, add up the totals biggrin.png

Game Over in Generations= you must restart the entire run all over again.

EDIT: That being said...

Green Hill Zone, Sonic 1:

Generations-no death, 8 lives remaining

Sonic 1-6 lives, First Death @ Marble Zone Act 3, Game Over @ Marble Zone Boss

Sounds interesting...what happens if you accidently get a red ring? Some of those are hard to miss or can accidently be collected

I may as well get started on Sonic battle.. never finished that game.

And I might pick up Sonic Chronicles

hmm? nothing acctually.

The goal is to simply survive.

EDIT: If you can beat the original game's story mode without a single Game Over, then you may go back to that zone and do the rest of the Challanges and/or collect the Red Rings.

EDIT2: Losers of the Challenge must consume at least one full Cinnadog (Chilidog with SUPER Spicy Chilli, Hot Sauce, and Cinnamon.)

EDIT3: Yes, Skills ARE allowed, IF it's a skill you can earn from a mission. (Our the default, Power Brake)

HEhehe... only snag is that I odn't have Sonic 06, so I will have to substitute for another game... I'll probably use Sonic Rush.
