Is it me, or is it Danny who usually says to stop these things? It's just such a killjoy at times. Ah whatevs.

To be fair, they really weren't having fun. It's not a good idea to play a game you aren't having fun with.

At least Arin got to (kinda sorta not really) fulfill his lifelong dream of killing the president.

You know going with the whole Shadow rebelling against the Black Arms and becoming a tyrant in their place is the most oddly appropriate ending for the Grumps to get. Yes its a shame we won't see more of it but can you blame them? The whole Westopolis level requires the player to go past the goal ring which rarely anyone would pick up on and they would have to go through the same levels over again so it would get pretty boring too.

Also the KEEL DA PRESIDENT moment was great.

So since there's no other place to put this...

The Blue Moon has aligned with the rest of the planets on the Day of the Improbable Cosmic Coincidences, and Egoraptor's finally made the Zelda Sequelitis:

If there's one thing Game Grumps has taught me, it's that Arin actually knows very little about games and game designs, and is best to be ignored.

Arin is trying to make jokes on Game Grumps, he is focusing on stupid crap and not on the game which he would do on his downtime. He is not focusing on the game on Grumps, and Grumps should not be proof that he knows little.

He thinks escort missions are awesome.

This episode -- hell -- this series of episodes has some of the best Arin rage moment I've seen in a long time. Too bad he took it out on poor Burgy the smiling floating burger.

So uh.... lots of drama lately. It's really stupid and people are getting pissed off at the fanbase. Suzy even got so frustrated to the point that she was willing to leave Game Grumps just to make all the drama go away.

http://www.reddit.com/r/SubredditDrama/comments/30fzef/get_your_overpriced_popcorn_here_drama_in/

Suzy apologized

Before I say anything I just want to apologize for some things I said. I claimed that I buy parts locally and that isn't true. I guess I was just scared... this is my first time running a shop and I didn't want to seem like I'm selling cheap parts (I'm not), I don't know, I guess that's not a valid excuse for saying something like that, but know that I'm sorry, it wasn't right and I'd never make a claim like that again.

Egoraptor replied

Of all of us, Suzy has been the one who has come up with the most ideas for acknowledging and appreciating fans. She was the one who thought of sending signed postcards to people, she is the one who opened up the instagram and proposed the ideas of "takeovers" to give fans a more personal look at us, she is the one most consistently retweeting and acknowledging fan-made content on her Twitter and the Game Grumps twitter, and she is the one who hangs up fan-made art in the office. When you hear her say that she gets frustrated with fans, she is talking about instances like this, not the fanbase as a whole, and I can certainly see where she's coming from, because I, too, am very frustrated.

And people are still witch-hunting her. Her shop has nothing to do with Game Grumps and she apologized over her misleading claim. Other complaints regarding the prices of her shop are silly because that's just doing business. Complain about businesses all you want, but what does that have to do with Game Grumps?

A youtube channel dedicated to people making fart jokes somehow got so much saltier. The fanbase is so toxic sometimes. It actually ended up getting banned off the /r/gamegrumps reddit page because of how toxic it got.

I only vaguely see things about grumps nowadays, but isn't this related to when people were mentioning they weren't finding her as funny as the other grumps, and the response was to cherrypick the sexist responses and go "tut-tut sexist fanbase accept me ok"? Even if not directly, seems pretty much like all the collected ill-will from then exploding now that they get to go "see she DID something wrong".

Hubris all around, tbh. They haven't been very good at managing their fanbase at all, going as far back as Jon's exit. The fanbase's witch-hunting has to stop, but it'd help if they didn't poke the fanbase around either.

To be totally honest Jon's girlfriend's comment on Suzy kind of painted an ugly picture of her for me. I'm not really a fan of Arin either.

I haven't watched Game Grumps for ages now, and that's probably because of shit like this. I don't know who this Suzy is and whether she's funny or not but man the fanbase's witch hunting and all that is awful!

Suzy is Arin's wife.

From reading the threads, I didn't see a single comment mentioning Suzy and her attitude toward the fanbase. I mean, I guess that's kind of reasonable but since there isn't a single person talking about that I doubt it has anything to do with the current situation.

"I demand an apology!"

*Suzy apologizes*

"THAT'S NOT ENOUGH. LETS WITCH HUNT HER"

Again, I don't think it's directly connected, but the timing's too close for it not to feel like it's the ill will of the previous event exploding now that there's a "politically correct" way to j'accuse her.

I'm outside this stuff, though, just going by occasional mentions on social media.

The only Suzy drama I know of right now is how people find her intolerable in episodes (I honestly cannot find her enjoyable either, sorry) and this whole jewellery thing. I think the fanbase is looking for any way to get her off the Grumps line-up, but the amount of harassment she gets really isn't fair.

What'd she say exactly?

Danny released a new Skyhill song the other day

No, you didn't misread that

I've heard very little of his musical stuff overall, but Starbomb and NSP don't appeal to me whatsoever and I'm happy to hear him doing more non-comedic material, because he really does have a lovely singing voice. I really want to pick up his old album and give it a thorough listen.
