Gave the lineart for this a gritty, dark look. The colored version should be more vibrant... unless you guys think otherwise.

Nice, is that cat trying to take over her body or something XD

The person who requested it wanted me to draw her OC (a pink haired girl with bandaids covering her mouth) and she also wanted a cat involved. She's into creepy stuff and spooky scary skelletenz, so I gave it a bit of a "goth" look. But the colored version might be cleaner maybe.

Gonna get to coloring J1NX soon. In the meantime, I'm having trouble deciding what to do with a doodle I have done. I may wind up making 2 versions of it.

Why's everyone good at digital art but me D:

Oh- right, on topic, this looks great! Good job man. You're really churning out some great stuff.

Thanks. And by the way, Light, the basic pencils for your Shadow request are done. Just gotta add the digital sparkliness.

A daily routine at this point

of questioning one's own purpose

Struggling to assemble the pieces of one's own sense of individuality

Watching in puzzlement as the world in all its wonder attempts to achieve this illusion we call perfection

Selected figures earning the label of Prodigy

all from a simple appeasement to the basic senses

Paying no mind to our potential and abilities

and easing their way into acceptance among peers

Whilst the frenzy ensues, I fight to convey these thoughts

these perceptions and visions from beyond my own understanding

keeping my faith in humanity and its yearning to ponder on the unknown

To help one if not many discover a spiritual epiphany

Yet all too often I question my position to do so

To share these ideas and these observations

in hopes of enlightening those who look beyond the lines

When I myself am as flawed as the world I showcase

I'm not a Prodigy nor am I worth the acclaim

I'm a lost child attempting to escape

from an inescapable maze of my own subconscious

through a simple act of creating simple images

So why go through with this

and why persist when I'm not of notable value

be it socially or even mentally?

A sense of worth or a hint of love?

Quite simply because of this strange and bewildering world

I've crafted from practical nothingness

has brought me moments of peace of mind

and serenity in my darkest hours

So who am I

to hide in this world

and act as if I've created a lonely island

meant only to nullify that which withers me alone?

I open my mind to those who are willing

to see not with their eyes alone

and to look beyond what they see

and to rediscover anew

Images? Of course. Spectacle? Highly doubtful.

Crude showcasing of colors and lines? Most definitely.

And in this ugliness comes beauty as the two coexist

to create a perfect enigma from one third eye to another.

Hey, just dropping in to say I really like your art. I've looked at all of it up to this point, and it's pretty nice. I think you should try a piece with shading (is that what it's called?) next; I think it would make your art look even better.

As of now, my skills with digital shading are flat (mainly to fit the cartoony style) and I have yet to do any dynamic shading, mainly because I'm inexperienced with it as of now, but I'll only get better over time, so come whatever may I suppose.

That, and I'm very new to digital art. I still dunno how to sketch with a Wacom tablet, nor do I know how to ink properly.

Bit of a story here about this doodle.

I found this while digging through my sketchpad the other day and the thing is... I have no recollection of ever drawing this. So it kinda caught my attention.

So was I. It's so bizarre how intrigued I was by such a seemingly simple thing. Guess it goes to show that inspiration can come from anything. :P

Makes me think Kingdom Hearts. Like one of the heartless. I like it. Are you going to color it?
