Shadow is born with chaos energy in him, put by Gerald or Black doom, when he takes off his limiters, the chaos energy in him go unleashed, then it destroy him from inside, the power would be too huge for his body to support, it's why he must quick put back his limiters, or he would be very vulnerable and tired, but he can support it for a short time
