Widescreen format button not working

That little button on the right of the navigation bar is my first resort whenever I visit here; the letterbox, 4:3 mode is way too cramped in my opinion. However... it suddenly seems to not be working. Clicking on the button does nothing for me. I made a status about this and it turns out Jez is having the same issue on his half. 

 

Thought I'd made this topic to point the matter out and see if the issue is occurring with anyone else. Thanks in advance.

It's not working for me either. Though regardless of me personally not using it, it's broken.

I can confirm that this is no longer working. Also while we're on this topic, when this functionality was working it frequently didn't save my preference. I'm not sure if that's intended behaviour or not.

Confirmed. Doesn't do anything when clicked.
