Media tags acting up

This has been going on for me for a while now, in both chrome and firefox

I don't know if anyone else is getting this, but it happens at random for me.

Have you tired the "Share" link?  The one that looks like "youtu.be/url?"  In any case, you shouldn't even have to use the media tags to embed a YouTube video, as just pasting it usually works.

Pasting it hasn't worked for a while either.

 

I guess I'll try the share thing.
