A 2015 Sonic Event Looking for DJs and Performers

It looks like discussion about the art forms is as allowed as actually posting said art forms, so here goes nothing!

You may have heard about how I'm going to try and get a

No Sonic event would be complete without music from such a musically-varied franchise.

With that in mind, we're in need of musical talent! If you would be interested, please feel free to send me a PM with any specific details (whether you would need to use your own instruments or a rental would do, for example) or samples of your work. Be sure to give me the closest major airport to your location as well; this will allow me to see how you would fit into the budget. It goes without saying said information will remain confidential. Besides performers who will be able to go up on stage, there will also be a need for DJs due to ambient Sonic music being played in the background most of the day.

DJs and musical guests, as thanks for their services, do not need to pay the entry fee and will receive a two-day pass for free. DJs and musical performers, if they wish, can also receive a table to sell copies of their work, sign autographs, or other music-related merchandise of choice.

 

Room and travel expenses being paid for by Casino Nights (in whole or part) will vary from person to person depending on cost, availability of funds, and the ability of a guest to pay their own way.

The only thing I'd really need to know is if you would need any subsidy for your travel and how long you'd want to be DJing.

If you can have me as an on-stage performance DJ, (as one of the actual music acts at the event, in which I beatmatch tracks live in a continuous mix,) I can throw together either a one or a two hour set, depending on what fits the event's schedule. If possible, I would prefer to be doing this. ^^

 

If you can't have me as an actual musical performance, though, I'd gladly play ambient music for about two hours - or more or less depending on what you need.

 

As of now, I think I'll be able to get to Las Vegas on my own, though a place to stay once I get there would be nice. ^^;;; If you can't provide anything for me, I'll manage to figure something out.
