It's only really unfair in small groups, since item pummeling really isn't going to happen. Still, it's not something I view as something to really do in a community where we're really just playing for fun. (It's extremely easy to do with light weight characters, not so much Cruiser and above).

So just to clarify, there's no way of doing slow motion and effects when you upload to Youtube?

 

This is correct, any slow motion videos you see have either been recorded off-screen or done using a capture card.  It's a shame.  =C

That's funny, I'm sure I uploaded something to Nintendo Network but it's just a still image. How exactly do you upload a video? Also, can you edit it so that there's only scene focused on or isn't that possible?

You need a google account to upload a MKTV video. You can do it from the MKTV menu if it's from an online race. It saves replays of the previous 12 races.

Well, the manual is kind of bare bones. I'm not quite sure it even fully explains how MKTV works. I only figured it out due to offline races giving you the option every time a race is over.

This was a while back but it isn't anything grand: Just me (Mii) being a major dick to Spindash (Daisy) by keeping on ramming into him to stop him from using the shortcut and Felix (Toad) felt being a jerk by ruining the ram shortcut near the finish line

Here's an item-filled replay of my race in DK Jungle... with one very notable event: I actually managed to escape from a Spiny Shell by means of a well timed mushroom boost! I've never been able to manage it before (either due to bad timing or the sheer practicalities of not having a mushroom in 1st place)... so this was quite the moment for me!
