Is there a way to view recently updated topics?

I can't seem to find such an option on this forum and was wondering how to use it, if it even exists that is. Can someone please fill me in here?

When you say update topic, do you mean the original OP (opening post) or when someone replies/ there are new replies to a topic you haven't read?

There's a button under the search bar on the top right that says "View New Content" which'll give you a list of all of the updates in a certain amount of time. You can also manually follow topics that you want to see updates to by clicking the "Follow this topic" button under that. Furthermore, you can set up notifications to remind you about followed topics that have gotten a reply.
