How about a different time so I can actually do this?

I know you live in Australia, what's your time in 5:00 PM EST?

5 AM.

...Um, dang. I don't know what to say on that. Putting it earlier would make it too early for everyone else, especially those on the West Coast and all. The reason it's at 5:00 is because most people are off work by then.

Yeah, I have to agree with Felix. In fact, it's that exact reason me and Klonoa put it to 5pm EST for Game Night, it's what worked best for the majority of the forum. Putting either Movie Night or Game Night means it's going to be way too early, especially since if you're 12 hours behind, even getting it to 1am would mean placing them at 1pm EST and 5pm EST, during which, most people will either be at work, be at school, or relaxing for a bit after getting back from work or school.

As promised, here is the new theme for this upcoming Saturday!

Sci-Fi Animated Box Office Flops

(Please vote for which film you want to see here!)

Pretty self-explanatory on its own, but I'll just give ya the gist: animated films in the sci-fi genre that tanked and tanked hard when they were originally released in theaters, even if they didn't necessarily deserve such a fate. Most of these movies have gone on to be cult classics or viewed in a much more positive light later on, which is quite jolly! Check out the linked doc and vote for which film you want.

So I attended my first Movie Night tonight and it was great fun. Really liked the set up of the whole thing and chatting with others was extremely easy.

I also had fun watching The Iron Giant, which featured the antics of Inspector Gadget as he kept following a kid about, all the while Giant Clank from the Ratchet & Clank games is hiding on Earth. It's an interesting movie (If you were at the Movie Night you'll understand the joke :P

But anyway, had fun, hoping to attend again next time.

So yeah, it's everybody's favorite time. It's when we've got a new theme for the week down the pipeline!

A NEW THEME IS APPROACHING!

So yes, this theme is centered around the films of Pixar Animation Studios! With the upcoming release of their latest film, Inside Out, there couldn't have been a more opportune moment to finally do a Pixar theme. A great amount of you probably know who they are and even grew up with their movies, like myself. For good reason, they've pioneered the use of computer animation in feature films, along with making some of the most timeless classics out there such as Toy Story, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, WALL-E, Up and many more! Take a look at the choices in the doc and vote in the status update linked above!

Can we have ''Fook the Chicken'' be the new Movie Night slogan? It fits well.

Oh yay! I'll be able to join this week's movie night! I haven't seen Ratatouille in 5 years so this will be fun. Plus I've only seen it twice so yeah. Hopefully I won't fall asleep halfway through the movie since it will be midnight at my time. :V

NEW THEME APPROACHING!

Vidya Game Movies

(Please place your vote here!)

Yee, it is time for video game movies. Y'know, film adaptations of video games. The good, the bad, and certainly the ugly. Professor Layton? Check. Kirby? Check. Mario? Check. You might notice Sonic OVA is absent from this list, and it's because it's been streamed multiple times in the past, and I want to give other films on this list a chance.

I truly enjoyed the film about Stuart Little brainwashing Luigi into cooking and fooking. 10/10 would watch again.
