I finally got Omochao and the three pieces of the Master Emeralds! I got Chao Lobby, Sand Ocean and Security Hall.

 

This is the one I got the Master Emerald shard that played Sand Ocean music stage, along with the normal Omochao:

Quite the little bastard isn't he? This April Fools prank was fun!

 

EDIT: Encountered him with the Shards two more times; it was Dry Lagoon and Eternal Engine this time.
