Dat piano tho <3. Absolutely beautiful; I'm tearing up just listening to it. Definitely my favorite Pixar theme.

Jurassic Park has an absolutely beautiful theme, it's movie magic incarnate to me. This is just one of the many fantastic scores John Williams has done, and his work on this film truly was its heart. A great amount of Steven Spielberg's films always have this childlike beauty to them that wouldn't be possible with William's phenomenal composting talent. Really made you believe dinosaurs were real. If got insane chills hearing this blaring through the theater speakers when I went to see Jurassic World, and I'm sure did others did too.

Although I never grew up with the Harry Potter series as a child due to being banned from the books and movies when was I young, I have always adored this theme. After finally getting the chance to see all the movies last year, I can say they all have quite good music, but none of the films will ever beat Philosopher's Stone's absolutely magical score. There's just no better way to describe it, it just immediately sweeps you into Hogwarts and the wizarding world that Harry's going into for the first time in his life. John Williams' work on Chamber of Secrets is commendable and for Prisoner of Azkaban genuinely fantastic as well, but Philosopher's Stone's themes scream "Harry Potter" to me. The reason I have to videos instead of one is because both Hedwig's Theme, which is a recurring musical motif through all the films anyway, and Harry's Wondrous World appeared in the credits for the first two films are two important pieces in the Potter universe, plus both are beautiful anyway.

I adore Leonard Rosenman's score for Ralph Bashki's 1978 animated Lord of the Rings film. I much prefer this film's theme song to the Peter Jackson film, it's so perfectly adventurous, yet uplifting.

For a long time in recent memory, I lamented the fact that most movies didn't have memorable scores.  Nothing classic, nothing I could hum like the great works of John Williams or Danny Elfman.  And then we got THIS, YO:

This is one of the only modern instrumental movie themes that sticks in my head, one that I can start humming and my buddies will join in.  Simple yet badass.

Generally, John Williams has done some pretty amazing work over the years. A whole load of some of the world's most renown movie themes are thanks to him. But for me... I've gotta go with:

Utterly magical theme song. Timeless as all hell and catchy to boot.

Another favourite has to be the soundtrack to The Addams Family:

Finally... Special mention to this:

Lotsa childhood memories with this theme. Heck, all the songs in the film are awesome.
