Birthdays don't appear anymore for me on the Community index

I thought maybe IPB was just pretending to have forgotten their birthdays so it could throw a huge surprise party when they're least expecting it.

Updated the settings so it won't auto-hide if no members are celebrating a birthday on that day. Not sure why they're not being displayed when they do have birthdays, though.

I'm not sure what's going on with this issue but it should be fixed in the coming days (if it reoccurs).
