"The Mechon are life forms born on the Mechonis, a legendary titan that was once locked in battle with the Bionis. After becoming seemingly forever locked in their final positions, new life began to grow on them. I'm a Homs, one of the many life forms born on the Bionis. The Mechon were born on... well, the Mechonis.

The Mechon once launched a surprise attack on us, however, Dunban wielded the Monado and defeated them at Sword Valley, but lost the use of his right hand in doing so.
