well time to revive this topic!

to start off with i'm going to begin rearranging the old art/sprites into spoiler tabs

adding my newer ones into the topic as well as adding more stuff from my original series project in

and i don't plan on waiting several months before i add more stuff to my showcase so if you enjoy the sprites make sure to follow this topic

also something anyone has any sonic related characters they would like me to try and make a sprite of let me know down bellow

ok scratch that this took me less then a hour to make...

was thinking of waiting till I could make some more sprites,but I figured its been long enough a wait as it is so here is...

anyways but yeah odds are I will wind up adding sprites based on characters from my head

so expect some odd ball-ish characters to show up here and there any questions or praises about them though as noted before just message me via the profile mail system or my status updates

no.1 a trace I did with a sonic adventure 2 dx guide book next to me

i'm sure I'll continue to make more pixel art.its just a question of when i'll make it thats the question.

though this will mostly be some things I want to mention regarding a couple of future sprites

first off the normal tf2 sprites I posted in status posts are not getting posted here until I get the remaining 3 class sprites finished due to me wanting to keep the sprites together in a single post.(pokemon soldier however gets to show up in this post)

2nd If some of you have noticed i've been tinkering with my avatar icon with different sprites.these sprites will likely get added together and posted here by the end of next month.

3rd though I do plan on making sonic releated sprites to post here I won't deny that I have a bunch of varied thing that I want to make into sprite designs (and drawings .,.) case in point these Totally spies sprites I was making on the side while maknig tf2 sprites.

but don't worry I still have sonic sprites I plan to make.

first off yes this is posted one day after my last art topic post but the reason I made this post separate is because...

well its a new year and seeing as how I've posted a lot of stabby,flaira and void related sprites/drawings here I figured I would elaborate on why I haven't really said anything about the characters themselves. (its a long read so I'll leave it in a spoiler tab)

simply put...I want them to be enjoyable characters that won't feel generic to anyone and that my story isn't disney sequel brand of quality story telling ...as a result of this thought. a lot of characters that I have come up with since 2015 (or earlier) have either remained in my head or as a 10x10 icon on my desktop. a lot of story details comic strips or parody story ideas (featuring my characters) that I have wanted to post have been put on the back burner till I "get a grasp on being funny or telling a proper story". I don't know If I want my stuff to be a web comic,flash series,rpg game,metroid-vania game/megaman game/sonic game/modification of other games (eg something based around the mechanics of the gba version of chain of memories.)

so as a result the most I've been able to get myself to post about are sprite designs.hopefully things change in the future but currently this is basicly it. and for anyone that reads the whole thing thanks. ~kirby1up

sprite of the groove master chuckle! (at least I think he is chuckling ._.?) he's more of a joke character I like to mess with the idea of having show up out of nowhere.

sprite:a box. a sprite of someone  hiding in a cardboard box.

sprite:HA HA HA HA HA *insert wise guy voice here* a sprite of rogers who has a specific hobby if the sprite animation wasn't enough of a hint.he wasn't inspired by the fnaf character "purple-guy" but considering what kind of character I plan on rogers being.it made too much sense to at least have a single purple guy joke.
