Deleting statuses on profile is annoying. anyway it can be improved?

If anyone hasn't noticed, deleting statuses on the status feed tab of your profile is really annoying. I'm trying to clear out some older statuses that don't have any replies to them, either to repost them later or they don't have relevance anymore, and each time the page reloads and you have to do numerous clicks to get back to where you were and when your trying to do a clean up of 10 statuses or more it gets to be a bit tiresome.

I was wondering if theirs a way this can be streamlined? or at least have it reload into the status feed tab?
