I suppose it was inevitable, this is a Sonic forum after all and polls like this are subjective (and fun!). You all knew it would end this way, but it's a good end I feel and am happy that everyone's been so upbeat and such. :)

Certain games from the top ten will be going into a Hall Of Fame where they shall sit forever after, to be joined in future SSMB 100 events (this one went well enough for more to happen, didn't it?). Question is, should it be the number one game, the top three or even the top five? Answers on a postcard.

Sonic, Pokemon and Mario. 3 different series make up the top 9, Half Life 2, I'm glad to see that int the top 10 as well as seeing Gen II PKMN above Gen IV. I would of like to ahve seen a bit more variation but of the Sonic games, those were some of the better ones. Could of had a better top 10 (If I'm honest) but's all right.

Am I the only one whos quite saddened to see Pokemon gen II beat Pokemon gen IV. Oh well. Also theres a huge gap between Sonic 3 and Knuckles and Sonic 2. I'm also surprised to see SA1 above SA2

This top ten was pretty predictable. A bit surprised Galaxy beat World, though.

EDIT: All in all, I was only going to be disappointed if D/P/Pt and Mario Galaxy missed the top 100.

I'm rather pleased that 13 of my 25 games made it into the chart, because I made that list in a hurry . We all have differing tastes.

Not surprised some odd games like Dynamite Headdy, Discworld, Sim City, Dragon Force and Fire Emblem didn't make it. I'm apalled though, to see Gunstar Heroes hasn't even made the Top 100. It's a classic for people like me, and I can't remember the number of times I played it. Always thought it was popular here.

Same goes for Advance Wars. People who have never heard of it (lots of them, judging by the results) should give it a try.

Actually, I'm rather surprised to not see Viewtiful Joe and Katamari Damacy (or one of their sequels) on this list at all. I thought they had fairly rabid followings, anyway. I wish I had voted for Rayman 2, but I never really got far in the game.

It's not our fault it's a good game.

Screw popularity (except when it comes to MM2 Wily's Castle, its popularity made me hate it), when a quality game is deserving of my attention, I'm going to give it to it, whether it has a million fanboys or only six other fans in the entire world.

More (not less) people need to enjoy games that are good! I will spread Disgaeaism and Personaism to all!

I didn't think to save my list like others apparently did (I pretty much made mine up while writing the PM ), but I do remember that Sonic 3 & Knuckles was at the top of my list and that Dragonball Z: Budokai 3 was somewhere on the list. The rest pretty much ended up being other Sonic games, Mario games and the occasional Kirby game.
