Yeah, I'm sad we won't get to play this game for now, but I'm glad that he was kind enough to fill us in on the game's existence.  Here's hoping maybe someday it will be released for us to experience.

Eh, this is one game that seems more interesting in how it links to history than in the gameplay aspect, especially since it basically exists in the form of a game released later (although it likely wasn't inspired by this at all).

I don't even care about seeing the dump released - the game's preserved and that's good enough. I just feel like they could have at least recorded some footage of the game playing at all instead of dripfeeding us screenshots. I really wanna see what it looks like in motion.

I respect this guy's decision completely and cannot blame him, but all I can ask is what's their problem?

Like really, besides 'preservation', what does this achieve? Some form of elitism that makes them "worthy" of having this content that no one else should have because they found it somewhere? The best kind of preservation is public if there's nothing to lose when sharing it, anyways, so unless they can give a good reason why they're acting this way, their actions are completely unjustified whether it's business or not.

And the biggest kicker to it all is that if they don't want him sharing this kind of rare stuff, then what's the point of getting said stuff anyways if it'll never be released or at least demonstrated or shown? Once again, what is this kind of behavior on their part supposed to prove?

She's got a point. And if it's not certain if it'll never be shared or not, then at least that's a chance I guess?

So in the meantime I'll take a page from her and close this for now so that we don't keep regurgitating the same irritation on loop for 5 or 6 more pages than necessary like we do with other subjects on the daily. So until more news arises, we close this and wait. Patiently.
