Well maybe you should say it because you would be actually telling the truth as you are not doing so at this point. That is an unfair statement as well as a false one. There are plenty of good and even great fans in the Sonic fanbase ranging from the dedicated and loyal fans to the really talented ones in artwork, fangames, fan fictions, comics, animations, songs and there's much more where that came from. The talent and dedication of the good fans here knows no bounds. Every fanbase has it's good and bad fans but the good ones surely are not lacking here in the Sonic fanbase as we have some amazing fans here. 

This is not the first time you have taken an unjustified potshot towards the Sonic fanbase, or in this very thread for that matter so I suggest you stop. Especially since you are wrong each and every time you do it with you tactlessly upsetting people in the process. Not to mention this isn't contributing to productive discussion which is what we wish to have here at the SSMB by means of our topics.

Speaking of productive discussion and finally, this is a topic pertaining to the Sonic franchise, not the Sonic fanbase so as of now I'm going to ask everyone get back on topic which is whether the Sonic franchise is mediocre as a whole or not please.

Aright.  As for the whole"is sonic mediocre?"  Thing, i think @Nepenthe's right on the money.  The series's has a lot of good ideas, but meh to outright shitty execution make those ideas seem meh and shitty respectly.

So I think we can all agree, Sonic isn't mediocre, he just has a few game that had great ideas, but mediocre execution.
