The game has been confirmed coming to Japan on August 3rd costing 4,900 yen with the Japanese logo and cover arts featured, I assume we might get to see those changes matching the original releases of the games in Japan.

That is amazing. Vicarious Visions/Sony/Activision are really trying to make Crash global again. And by God, they're gonna do it. A Japan release means this is not an ordinary project. And Crash was HUGE in Japan back in the day.

I see quite a few options, pick your favorite and place your bets:

1- Crash Team Racing teaser trailer. Let's face it, it's the most requested all over the place. Even people who are not as found of the trilogy, love CTR and want it remastered. Vicarious Visions could've tasked the team members that've worked on the Skylanders' racing games to make a pre-alpha of CTR running on their engine. Announcement is made during the Sony's conference, asking people to buy Crash N. Sane Trilogy and support Crash if they really wanna see that CTR Remastered next.

2- Collector's Edition and PS4 Slim Bundle. Both exist. They just need to officially announce it.

3- Playable Coco in regular levels from Crash 3. It's not likely, because it would require a shitton of animation work. Maybe as a later DLC.

4- Unused levels / new levels DLC.

5- New trailer / gameplay trailer / character trailer.

6- It's coming to Xbox, PC and Switch (tho' it will most likely not be announced during the Sony's conference!).

7- A BRAND NEW game teaser trailer.

Could that means that each individual level has a different remix? Instead of a single piece of music for each theme (medieval, egypt, future).

If you read the Coco trophies' descriptions, you'll see that she has a regular spin attack, some kind of hurricane attack and a stomp attack (probably similar to that in Wrath of Cortex). Also, Fake Crash confirmed to be in the game again!

Hey, remember when VV teased a multiplayer function? Calling it now, it will be similar to how it worked on Super Mario World, when player 1 (Crash) dies, player 2 (Coco) starts! It's gonna be awesome! One prediction of my list is already confirmed XD

Make Penta Penguin actually the penguin Dingodile puts in danger at the start. Penta started out as a character made for a Crash 2 manga, but then got worked in as an unlockable for CTR, just as Fake Crash got worked in as a character before. And then there's Crash 3 with its random penguin that's just there (and is the only penguin in Crash 3). It would be pretty neat for that penguin to tie into the whole Japanese adaptation thing by being made Penta (and would fit since Crash 3 was Fake Crash's debut), but it's such a minor, minor detail that I'm not sure it'd be worth the effort (even if all it meant was modelling a scarf onto the generic penguin model), and it wouldn't particularly bother me if it wasn't. 

They did it the absolute madmen.
