Grumin 3D (3DS)

A cute PC game is coming to the 3DS,

In this Action Adventure RPG, you explore a 3D world as Parin and battle bosses, get items and explore mutiple endings, I haven't played it before but it reminds of Gamecube era games and that's always a plus in my book.

 

It's unfortunately a Eshop exclusive if you want to buy a phiscal copy, but I think it looks good enough to download.

Wow, that looks really fun. I haven't enjoyed an action RPG since...heck, Brave Fencer Musashi for the original Playstation. Definitely gonna keep an eye on this.

Ugh, my wallet is hurting with all these great games releasing so close together...

Gurumin was originally a PSP game, so there you go.

Wow, this is honestly really surprising to me since this game came out like 8/7 years ago I think? Even though I have the PSP version I might just get this if there are any added features or a framerate increase (since at certain moments it can get pretty choppy).

Hey this game actually looks interesting. When I eventually get a 3DS(I'm looking for a job) I'll be sure to pick this up.

Anyway, I really love Gurumin on the PSP so I'm super happy that they are porting this to the 3DS so more people can play the game. I do want to mention the footage they used in the trailer is from the PC/Steam release but luckily they did have actual screenshots for the 3DS version from the press sheet

Yeah, graphics look a lot less smooth than the PC or even PSP versions. Shouldn't be a big dealbreaker though, this looks pretty neat!

They said it was a remaster IIRC, hell upon comparison, they added that light cel-shading effect on the characters from the PC version that was absent on PSP back in (it began as a PC game before being ported to PSP IIRC).

Edit: That's not enough substance for a post.  Eh, how about... there's lots of good stuff coming to the 3DS at the moment, not sure how I'm going to find time for it all, the trailer made it look fun but it didn't actually give me that strong a sense of what the game is really about.  But it looks bouncy and I'm definitely up for a 3D action-adventure game, which the 3DS hasn't really had enough of in comparison to games more on the RPG side of things.
