Syd's Testimony: The True Kat

1. So, as I mentioned, my name's Syd, and I'm a friend of Kat's from Heksville.

2. I'm a police officer there, but that isn't just it.

3. In a former life. I was a knight of Eto.

4. and as you can imagine, I served under the rulership of one Queen Alua. 

5. I know Kat, and I've known for years, both as a queen and as a normal citizen of Heksville.

6. She is not some bratty snobbish queen.

7. She's been manipulated and altered, and I refuse to let her stay like this

8. All of the evidence you need is in those history books your honor

9. After Kat was betrayed and kicked off Eto, I tried to save her, nearly getting killed in the process and falling into Heksville with her.

10. It goes without saying that my loyalty to her is undying.

Your past is now officially stated and called for! No more double amnesia escape clause for you now!

"It is as the defense says, the witness' past history are now officially accounted for!", the Judge said in shock!

"Hmmmmmmmm. While there is still some reasonable room for doubt, defense, it seems that the witness has thrown down the guantlet!"

Kat's Testimony 3: True Personality

1. This useless pretty boy knows absolutely nothing about me!

2. He's just a useless knight! Expandable! Worthless! 

3. The Joker and Harley are innocent victims in this entire mess

4. and The disgraceful defense have the nerve to lock away innocent people to save their own asses and have a nice little record!? 

5. You dare call them the crooks?! You're the real crooks of this courtroom!

Kat suddenly flew into a rage, smashing her hand into the desk many times, before looking into the sky and screaming.

"I'M NOT A SNOBBISH BRATTY BABY OF A QUEEN. I'VE DONE BIG THINGS, IMPORTANT THINGS, I'VE SAVED YOUR ASS SYD YOU UNGRATEFUL BRAT. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT WHATSOEVER TO CALL ME THAT!!! NONE OF YOU DO" 

After saying this, Fake!Kat looked down into the desk, her hair covering her eyes.

After saying this, Fake!Kat looked down into the desk, her hair covering her eyes.

 

"Kat........"Maya trailed off.

"KAT! Throwing a temper tantrum, letting words get you, flaunting around that crown and Junko-appearance isn't you!"

"We knew you for a while! Surely you remember the good times we had!? Surely you remember the victories we've won and complimented each other! Surely you remember................................... him".

Again Phoenix presented Kat's cat Dusty to her.

"Mrrrrow. Meow!" The cat didn't seem to know what to think! It awaited  response for Kat".

"Kat, "Your majesty"", *SIGH*, please do it for him, Please, just remember for him.........like I  and everyone else would do for you. What you Kat! The true Queen Alua....would do for us all in a heartbeat!"

Kat just stared at the stand for several moments. 

"D-Dusty....?"

Suddenly, there was a bright flash in the courtroom and Kat was back to her regular attire. 

"Oh my god....

what have i done...?" 

Kat looked like she was ready to break down into tears.

"Whoa! Did Kat actually revert to normal?!" Sayaka gets up from her seat, shocked. "No way!"

"Kat's back to normal? Yay!" Lupin said. "*ahem* Carry on, then." Lupin is obviously trying to restrain himself.

"Nick! We did it!?", Maya cried out confused.

It worked, I just knew it would.

 

"It's good to have you back Kat! @Ryannumber1gamer I know things aren't looking their best right now! But I need you to press on right now! Can you tell us what you remember last happened and who was responsible?"

"Ummm, Puddin', what's going on ?", Quinn asked nervously.

Kat shed a few tears onto the desk. It was obvious these ones were legitimate.

"Why does it matter...Syd's right. I went against my friends....abused my title...abused my powers...I don't deserve to be in this school....I'm worthless...." Kat simply said.

"Oh, come on, Kat. What kind of talk is that?!" Lupin said. "You were controlled by that gas! He's to blame!" Lupin said, obviously referring to the Joker.

[Failinhearts]

"No! That's wrong!"

"Kat! Don't think that way! You saved many worlds! Hell, you let yourself die for one! If that's not Skylander material, I don't know what is!"

"It's something I... admire, about you. You know? Being a hero who could give up her own life for the sake of others? That takes a real special something."

Kat opened her eyes. This time filled with determination.

"You guys are right. Even if I'm still at fault....

I WILL REDEEM MYSELF!" 

Kat's Testimony 4: Redemption. 

1. I was awake that night your honor, I know that much for sure.

2. And I have perfect memory of what happened, thanks to Dusty, he managed to keep my memories from fading again.

3. Joker, me, Rock, and Nega Shantae. Joker attacked Rock, and shouted something to Alter Ego, who complied with the command, and suddenly Rock began acting strange.

4. That's when the gas dropped. I couldn't escape, I saw nothing but darkness...my mind being altered, forcefully.

5. It was like I was there, but someone else had control of my body. I could think....but I couldn't control....only listen to commands of one man.

6. And that man's the Joker! I remember his awful voice, his slimy personality telling me how I should act. I knew it was wrong...but I couldn't stop myself.

7. And I have evidence! 

Kat showed a gas canister with Joker's face stamped onto it.

8. Your honor, I can tell you now, with no doubt, the Joker is behind all of this. Please, I swear I'm in my right mind now.

[Failinhearts]

"The jig is up, Joker! Looks like your own cronies have turned their back on you!"

"That's the spirit, Kat!" Sonic points his fingers at the Joker. "Now, Mr. Joker, you better give up now or else your escort to Cloudcracker Prison won't be so pleasant!"

"This is for messing with our friends!" Sayaka cracks her knuckles.

[Emperor Robrainiac]

"It's all over, clown lords of crime!" Inkwelle smiled as he pointed at his enemies. "And it looks like the joke's on you, Joker!"

No one laughed or reacted to his oh so clever and totally not easy to make pun.

"Ehhh, I know, it's been done... But I always wanted to say that."

"Why don't you just admit you're finished and go home? Probably less painful that way." Lupin said.

"Besides, you're long overdue for a makeover, 'Mistah J.'" Lupin said mockingly.

"Well, now that's quite an on point testimony! Thank you witness that's all need to here!"

 

 

"Well, well. That's a pretty snazzy testimony, kitten!", Harley interrupted. "But I'd like to speak my own on behalf of Mr. J here!"

"Witness, this is a serious accusation you two have been accused of", the judge warned.

"Oh don't worry your honor! I'll see to here that the little lady stays oh so truthful!",

Not good. With them tag-teaming, they've probably got another roadblock planned for us.

"How foolishly a farce you seem to have gotten yourself into.....Mr. Phoenix Wright".

"WHY...It's you!?"

"MS. FRANZISKA VON KARMA!?"

 

The fiery lady charged into curt with Blue the Raptor and the Mosasaurus in tow!

"What the!? Who is-" the Joker was cut off as she whipped him senseless!

"Fools! If the plaintiffs cannot provide an overseer for testimony who isn't so obviously biased then the prosectution holds the right to take it over from here!"

She informed as the Joker fell unconscious.

"I do believe that you'll find it in the updated call for 3 prosecutors courtesy of a Ms. Lana Skye."
