[Roleplay] SSMB Heroes Academy: Protect The Multiverse!

[Agie]

"That was fast. It even feels tougher. Thank you, Able Sisters. Amitie will like this." Sig said with a smile.

Jigen overhears this. "Gotta admit. He looks out of it, but kid's got heart."

[Failinhearts]

"We better take it to Amitie's room, pronto! We have to ensure we get this to her before she wakes up! Let's go, Sig! Quickly!"

[Tori Himemiya]

Izanami heard the commotion between Starscream, Monokuma, and Dark Danny.

"You're all fools. Death comes to all, even to Gods themselves. You all will have to risk your existences one way or another." Izanami then prepares to leave HQ. "Now if you'll excuse me I have some business to attend to. I expect you all to be on your best behavior while I'm gone." Izanami teleports out from Geonosis into an unspecified location.

 

Meanwhile...

"Sorry guys. I have something to take care of. Its important." Ragna told the Skylanders. He then leaves the Academy to head into Forest Crossing.

[Failinhearts]

Sayaka tilts her head. "Oh, okay. See you later, Ragna."

"Wonder what's going on with him..."

[Agie]

"Okay." Sig said. What if she wakes up before this? Sure, there's a decoy hat, but they don't know that.

Jigen continues to keep an eye on them. So he follows from a distance...

...but then, he bumps into a mysterious figure...and it is not a pleasant sight to behold.

"No...no...it can't be..."

"But it is." The figure said.

"It's been more than 49 years. A pleasure to meet you again after all this time...Daisuke Jigen. I'm quite impressed; all those years, and you haven't aged a single day."

Jigen gets his gun ready. "Cut this flattery crap. What the hell do you want, birdbrain?! If you even think about hurting my friends, you're gonna get a friggin' bullet in your head."

"You will know in due time. But I warn you, the time is near for when we will enact our plans. But for now, we will let you enjoy your Valentine's party. I'm sure we will meet again." The Owl man said.

Then he uses a smoke pellet, and then seemingly disappears.

"I don't like this..." said Jigen. "I have to tell Lupin..."

[Failinhearts]

"Don't worry! We'll make it before she wakes up as long as we keep up the pace!" Kaede sprints across the grass as she gets closer to the Academy.

[Agie]

"I'm coming!" Sig said. "We gotta get this hat in her room, quickly."

Lupin then sees this, and decides to go get the decoy hat. He wonders if it was even worth the trouble making that thing.

But then he notices something..."Where's Jigen?"

[Failinhearts]

Kaede and Sig makes it to the Academy door. The two slowly open it and sneak down the halls.

"Almost there to her room. Try not to make a noise..." She whispers as she tiptoes down the hallway.

[Agie]

Before Lupin can enter the room, Sig and Kaede pop up.

Sig enters the room, and wonders what the extra hat is for. But he notices it doesn't seem alive, so he replaces the decoy hat with the original.

He then walks out of the room, and shows Kaede the decoy.

"What's this about?" Sig asked.

D'oh, I knew I shouldn't have made that hat, Lupin thought.

[Failinhearts]

"I'm... not sure. I didn't place it there. You didn't tell anyone else about what's going on tonight, right?"

[Agie]

"No, I didn't." Sig said.

Then Lupin pops outta nowhere. "I admit it, I made the hat! I only wanted to help...but I wanted to be all sneaky about it, but it looks like my cover's blown."

"Your honor! We'd like to be placed under house arrest on this here Academy! @Failinhearts @Ryannumber1gamer @Emperor Robrainiac@Dee Dude It's true that you fine ladies and gentlemen have beaten those L.O.S.E.R.S. and now even my lovely self and QUinn here!"

"All we ask in return is shelter and participation in that Valentine's Day dance, ummmmmcstrictly supervised of course. You'll barely even notice us around!"

"And in exchange CoolEdge, we can even clue you in on some of their plans"

"And we'll start now by saying "I QUIT L.O.S.E. and will even testify to their vile-ness and push to have them blacklisted and deeed 'villainous across all worlds and dimensions!"

"I hate to say it. But he sounds genuine, and that would certainly gurantee that L.O.S.E. can't pull this sort of business again. Mr. Wright and Mr. Edgeworth".

Batman on the other hand looked silent and as broody as evil. He wasn't showing it but Nightwing's death was hitting him hard. He lost Jason before, and he even lost Damian before, but Nightwing hit him even harder, having known him for the longest time, apart from Alfred, having raised him from childhood.

"I'll go and help him Wright. It seems there's someone who needs your help too she said pointing to the distraught Batman".

"Right! I'll see what I can do then!", Phoenix said as he and Maya parted ways in the court as the confetti continued to fall.

Before Phoenix could reach him though, he saw Undyne, Frisk, and Cloud heading his way.

"Yo! What's up Wright? THAT FINAL BLAST WAS AMAZING!" Undyne complimented, "There you guys were with you rdetermination and then some! oh boy!"

"Ummmmmmmmm, Mr. Wright", Frisk said. "This entire battle has been an honor since meeting you and Maya. I've called Mom and told her about the situation. She's extremely cautionary about the whole thing, but she trusts that I'll be fine as long as I'm with you!"

"Wait! But do we have enough room left?", Phoenix asked.

"Umm, yeah about that, Wright", Sonic the Hedgehog said as he zoomed to his teammates. "First off, congratulations on another epic win! Secondly, ummm Tails kinda called it in recently that he had to fly back home to keep an eye on things. So, looks like we've got a spot open!"

"Oh boy", Undyne said, wait till' Papyrus heres who's coming to dinner next time." @Emperor Robrainiac

Hmmmm, a new member to the gang already, Phoenix thought to himself. I wonder.......

Before he could go to Batman again though, Cloud had some more news to divulge to him.

"Hey Mr. Wright, I'm taking some time off from the Academy. Long enough for you guys to need a new team member. Maybe even him.......", Cloud said regarding Batman. "Comfort him. I know what it's like to lose a loved one, and I'm certainly not going to let Tifa go out of my life either without a fight!", Cloud smiled regarding his beloved.

"Okay Cloud! Best of luck to you on your travels and be sure to say goodbye to everyone before you leave!", Phoenix said.

"That means he could very well still be alive!", Phoenix capped off.

"........................................................You and your team are going to be needing much better living establishments. I hope you're okay with-"

"Wait!? You mean you'll actually!?"

"I've grown to trust you quite well Mr. Wright. It's not everyday I've actually seen a court put the Joker away".

"Did ya hear that Harley! We're the benchmark woohoo! And better yet ol' Batsy will stick around which means we've got a dance and freedom of that teddy bear to celebrate!"

"And I trust you'll stick to your word on testifying properly....or else", Lana said sternly.

"Oh absolutely CP! I get the feeling I could grow to like it here! MWAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH!",

"ALRIGHT ALREADY YOU FOOLISH FOOLS!", You'll be under our close watch and eye now! GODOT! You're with me!"

"Ughhh, sure thing, silver-mane", Godot said still upset over Maya's crush on Edgeworth.

"Well Bat's you and your now-fellow Skylanders won't regret this! I swear on my worth as a comedian!", the Joker said before being escorted out by the prosecutor duo.

 

Batman - Replacing Cloud Strife As Main Character

Bio: As a child, billionaire Bruce Wayne watched helplessly as his parents Thomas and Martha were shot and killed by a petty mugger named Joe Chill. Upon witnessing their deaths, the young Wayne took an oath of vengeance against crime so that no one else would have to suffer the tragedy that he had.

Wayne spent years venturing the world, learning many forms of combat and training himself to physical and intellectual perfection. Upon his return to Gotham, Wayne delved into crime-fighting, with disastrous results. As the injured young man sat alone in his study dwelling upon his dilemma and the fact that criminals are a "cowardly, superstitious lot", he figured that the best way to get to them was through sheer terror. At that moment, as if a sign from God, a huge bat flew in through his study window.

This bat provided Bruce with the inspiration he had been searching for. He donned a costume complete with a long, black cape and a cowl with huge, pointed ears and became the creature the criminals of Gotham would now know and fear: The Dark Knight... Batman.

"Sorry about that." Lupin said. "I just happened to be where you were when you discussed your grand plan, and...I kinda listened in."

"Why didn't you say something?" Sig asked.

"I like you, kid. You got a lot of heart. And I definitely wish you the best in winning her heart." Lupin said.

"Well, it is nice of you to help us in like that. Even if you were stalking us." Kaede bluntly replies.

"Anyway, we better get back to our rooms before anyone else notices what's going on."

Edgeworth was about ready to head off to his office when he saw Maya run up to him, having just finished channeling Mia.

"Oh, Maya. This is certainly a most welcome surprise. It appears Wright managed to get us out of another mess of a situation and arrive at the truth...Maya, are you feeling alright? You seem to be breaking into a cold sweat..." Edgeworth trailed off. @Jovahexeon Joranvexeon

[Agie]

"You go back in your rooms. I'll be out looking for Jigen. Where could he have gone...?" Lupin said.

"Well, thanks for trying to help." Sig said.

"No problem, kid. Now, go to bed. You've got a big day ahead of you!" Lupin said to Sig.

So Sig finally goes to bed next to Amitie, and Lupin goes to look for Jigen.

[Emperor Robrainiac]

Papyrus hummed a little tune to himself as he placed another plate of Spaghetti down on the kitchen counter. He had heard from Undyne and Inkwelle that his so called 'nightmare' really did happen, Thankfully, there was no ill will towards him, but Papyrus still felt a little guilty... he remembered threatening many of his friends, including Undyne and Robrainiac. 

It was then Papyrus decided he'd do everything he can to make up for it and He offered to make Spaghetti dinners for everyone on valentines day. Everyone he asked (Well aside from Kirby and Katii) had said No. He was touched that everyone was worried about him, and didn't want him to stress himself over dinner, but Papyrus knew it would be the right thing to do. Besides, it was valentines day, and if Lady and the Tramp taught him anything, it's that spaghetti was the most romantic dinner to have.

Best of all, his best friend Frisk was back and here to stay! He just couldn't not prepare a glorious feast for this special night!

Just then, he heard a tapping at the kitchen door. Curious, Papyrus walked over to open it up, wondering it it was the metal sonics who usually worked there. Papyrus opened the door, ready to assure them that they needn't fret, for he had dinner covered. What he was met with was... unexpected to say the least. Instead of little robots with chef hats, it was a metal spear made from scrap.

"What you do with her?!" The holder of the spear hissed at him. "What you do with Hiss's dimension cousin?!

"WHOA! NICE SPEAR!" Papyrus said, oblivious to the threat made before him, "YOU KNOW, I HAVE A GOOD FRIEND WHO SPECIALIZES IN-"

"What. bone. man. do. with. Katii?!" The creature yelled once again.

"KATII? SO YOU'RE A FRIEND OF KATII'S, ARE YOU?" Papyrus said in surprise, "I LAST SAW HER TAKING A WALK OUTSIDE THE ACADEMY. SHE SEEMED KIND OF DOWN... I DON'T KNOW WHY."

The tall, bug like creature lowered their weapon. "Yes... Hiss friend of Katii. Bone man friend of Katii too?"

"WHY YES! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, IS A GOOD FRIEND OF KATII'S. AND IF YOU'RE A FRIEND OF HER'S THEN YOU HAVE THE HONOR OF BEING A FRIEND OF MINE AS WELL!"

The creature smiled, holding her hand out for a shake "Yes, Papyrus is friend of Hiss!" 

"IT'S A PLEASURE TO MEET YOU, HISS." Papyrus asked, shaking Hiss's hand, "I'M SURE KATII WILL BE COMING AROUND VERY SOON. IN THE MEANTIME, COME HAVE A SEAT, AND TRY SOME OF MY SPAGHETTI! I MADE IT MYSELF!"

Hiss grinned widely, "Ooooh! Food smell good!" And so Hiss followed her newfound friend into the kitchen, trying and enjoying Papyrus's spaghetti.

Guess that makes three people who legitimately enjoy his cooking.

HISS: THE COCKROACH ALIEN RETURNS TO THE ACADEMY!

Bio:

After the battle of Foundation Prime, Hiss had decided to travel the galaxies again with her old friends. It would seem that either their trip was brief or time went by faster than the dimension the academy is located. Either way, Hiss had sensed trouble not just from Katii, but also some more dimension cousins. Hiss, being the caring cockroach she is, decided to return to the academy to save Katii her fellow dimension cousins that she hadn't met. It would seem that she arrived a couple hours late, but oh well.

Hiss is an alien from a planet known by her species as "The Great Nest," Where cockroach-like aliens thrive in garbage and junk. What would be a nightmare for humans is actually paradise for these creatures, for they are resourceful and almost unkillable. It helps that they've even managed to make an instant healing bandage from a special tree that is grown and cropped on their home planet.

Hiss herself is a kind and gentle soul who usually assumes the best in people... Despite looking feirce upon first glance, you might find yourself wanting to hug her by the end of the day. Though if she senses her friends are in danger, or if the person themselves is not nice, she might forget her kind instincts and attack on the spot, as you saw with her and Papyrus. But more often than not, she's more than happy to make new friends. However, her kindness is her biggest weakness, and if someone treats her nicely enough, she could end up letting her guard down and could get taken advantage of.

Lupin then finds Jigen. "Hey, there you are, Jigen! Hey, what happened? You look like you've seen a ghost!"

"That's the crazy thing...I think I have." Jigen said. "...You remember the owls we faced 49 years back?"

"Well, yeah, I do...wait, what?!"

Lupin seemed shocked. "You don't mean...they've returned?!"

"I think they wanna pay us a visit, Lupin. And I'm afraid of what'll happen to these Skylander guys when they get started." Jigen said.

"W-What...?" Edgeworth said, taken by surprise. He doesn't show surprise often, but this was definitely one of those times. The prosecutor quickly regained his composure.

"A-Apologies. W-Was just taken off guard by that..." *Ahem*. Edgeworth said. "I assume this is about that valentine's dance then..."

"Hmm. I didn't have any plans for Valentine's night...so I suppose if you really wish for my presence, I can escort you to the dance Maya." Edgeworth said, trying his hardest to sound like this wasn't a big deal when his entire body was still in shock at the revelation. 

"Maya, if you don't mind, feel free to continue this conversation at the office over our usual Steel Samurai viewing tonight. I got to go up and get my office fixed up, and I have a feeling Franziska will be dropping in. Trust me, she's very testy about when her "little bro" gets into a relationship. She might not seem like it, but she's incredibly protective regarding myself, so I'd rather not have her and you meeting at the same time". Edgeworth gave Maya a smile before heading to his office.

As soon as the henchminions overheard the door opening, they all turned to face edgeworth, pointing their tiny arm canons at the prosecutor.

"DINK. DINK. DIIIINK." One of the minions shouted out.

"Knock it off men, no stun guns." Robrainiac said. "Get back to cleaning, will ya?"

With that said, the henchminions lowered their weapons and continued tidying up Edgeworth's once totaled office. Robrainiac stood behind the desk and away from Edgeworth, Observing a broken Steel Samurai statue.

"Heh. Steel samurai... What, is that like some kind of Power Rangers thing?" Robrainiac chuckled, "And you called me a nerd."

Applying some glue to the figure, Robrainiac repaired the figure and put it where it once was.

"But anyways, let it sit and dry for a while, and it'll be as good as new." Robrainiac turned to Edgeworth and smiled.

"But please, take a seat, Mr. Edgeworth. We have a lot to discuss." Robrainiac said, pulling up Edgeworth's chair "Pay no mind to the henchminions, they're just picking up the mess made by the Joker."

Edgeworth cautiously sat on the seat. He decided to break the ice. 

"What can I say? It's a regional thing. At least it isn't a loon of a rock star, right?"

Right at that Rexy too showed up having done her usual tailing of Robrainiac, though she looked a bit sad for some unknown reason. @Emperor Robrainiac

Robrainiac chuckled as he made his way in front of the desk. "Watch it prosecutor. It's not smart to insult a man with armed minions at his side."

Robrainiac took a seat in a throne, brought in by the henchminions. 

"But seriously though, Mr. prosecutor. Let's get one thing straight here. I know that you know that I'm not a hero. I know, I did a terrible job of hiding it. This is a first for me."

A minion poured a bottle of grape soda into a goblet and handed it to Robrainiac. "You know, when I first met you... I really hated you. And I don't mean in a typical hero vs. nemesis way. I mean... I really hated you. At first, I thought it was because you humiliated me in front of a bunch of other heroes. Nothing's more humiliating than a supervillain being insulted in front of the very same people he opposes, you know?"

Robrainiac took a sip of his goblet and sighed. "But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that it wasn't because of that... It was you were a hero. and yet there you were, yelling and berating all these people. You were a hero, yes, but I took you for a bully as well. A man who used his high status to look down upon people, praised by many but feared by his peers, afraid they'd get chewed out."

"And I'm not gonna lie, I noticed you picking on me with the Ember stuff, you and rexy. That just added fuel to the fire... This wasn't regular anger. This was pure hatred towards you. I knew a lot of heroes who bullied people growing up in the lab where I was created. I guess you could say that's why I always walk around boasting about how evil I am, even though I don't really think so... Who in the right mind believes themselves to be evil? Honestly?"

Robrainiac took another sip of his soda, and paused for a bit. "Ahem! Ah, I apologize, Mr. Edgeworth. I forgot to ask, would you like some of this grape soda? It's really tasty."
