The clear editor button redirects to an error page

On mobile, when I start a reply, the editor recovers my last comment on the thread. There's a handy "clear editor" link now, but when I hit it, I'm redirected to

And this message is displayed: 

Parameter 'out' is required.

I have this issue too. Sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesn't.

I have this problem too when I try to link images as plain links and not show the actual picture. It's very annoying to say the least.

This happens to me when I try to click "Remove Formatting".

This should be resolved now. You may need to clear cache (easiest way is Ctrl+F5).

This still happened to me. I just try to erase manually as clearing gives me the error
