I see the Java version for £3 when accessing the site from my phone. The Android version I have no idea although I have seen the screens.

I don't remember the game ever stating it was getting an iOS release. I'm likely wrong on that though.

Thought it would be weird if it didn't release on iOS.

It looks like it progresses similar to how other mobile games do (like Angry Birds and Candy Crush)

Gameplay looks mostly the same, but it seems slower. Maybe its the video quality.

the gameplay looks like a carbon copy of the original Runners... though Sonic's running and damage animation looks kinda wonky.

Looks like the missions it offers may offer some difficulty, since I see that going through looped mode, you don't collect rings that you've already picked up on previous laps.
